Been here going on 45 minutes and no one has greeted, asked for my order or simply acknowledged me. Was looking forward to eating but have given up. Too bad. Looks newly renovated however the service looks to need a makeover.

Great service! I love the sisters working there! The staff are so friendly as well!! The food looks good and are actually the best wings I've ever had!
They also have a beautiful patio during the weekends! Love the servers down there!

Came here on June 22 at 3:50 pm. Racist host let my white female friend walk right in, no questions asked, not stopping her. As I trailed behind my friend, the racist host stopped me and insisted that I needed to wait by his station to be seated. My white female friend turned back and told him weāre sitting at the bar. My friend and I made sure we didnāt spend a dime in there. We also led our entire team to a nearby bar and grill, that inclusively let us all walk in.

First, the host (male with long hair) had a bunch of parents walk in with hockey bags and never stopped any of them, but he stopped me and said I wasn't allow to bring bags in. Asked him why he allowed other parents walk past him carrying bags and told me to leave mine outside, said his co-workers were going to tell all the other parents yet multiple parents STILL walked in with hockey bags and the host never stopped any of them.
Same host had us move to 3 different sections (we are a whole team).
Once seated, no one came for 20 minutes, had to walk up to the bar and ask someone to send someone as we wanted to kids to eat before their next game.
Waitress took orders for 1 table (we are a table for 3). Had to approach the same waitress and ask her to take the other tables. Now 2 tables had their orders taken. Out last table wasn't served. One of our parents had to approach the bar AGAIN.
Other locations during tournaments had amazing service, this location was by far the worse.
$10 parking?! That's as crazy as Black Creek Pioneer Village. Park at Pioneer Village subway - free parking on weekends, $2 Mon-Fri after 3pm.
Best, Irish nachos ever! There you go
They don't accept Wild Wing gift cards - it's the only reason we went to eat there and put up with a 45 min wait for our food, only to be told the location is really part of Canlan and don't accept gift cards. Completely understaffed for a tournament weekend, we had to keep following up with our server for our drinks and then again for our food.

80 team hockey tournament on June 9-11 weekend, couldnāt get a table even though 15 tables were empty with a sign that read please refrain from seating yourself. Covid was over 2 years ago, staffing excuse doesnāt fly. Hire proper leadership and get this figured out. As an organization you are leaving 10-20k a day on the table.

Kids chicken fingers donāt come with any sauce. Not even an option when I ask for it. āWe donāt have sauce only ketchup.ā What the hell. Also terrible service. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
What a joke. They ran out of French fries, which is fine, and said I couldnāt get wings without a side. So my son and I got the onion rings instead. You figure if there was no fries available the other sides would be given at parā¦..Nope. Charged extra on both meals. Absolutely no way they would budge on it. Garbage business sense. Iāll be sure to dine and dash if I ever come back.
After 20 minutes of waiting (it wasn't super busy - we were one of two teams in the restaurant) and being ignored by 2 servers we had to literally chase down a server to ask for a menu. We ordered both drinks and food at the same time and got our drinks after another 20 minutes and our food at the 70 minute mark. The restaurant ran out of patties for burgers, had no hot sauce for the wings, and managed to get our order wrong twice. There weren't enough staff on hand to minimally support 30 people in the entire restaurant, let alone a full house during a tournament. The staff were flustered and over worked with no leadership. I'm sure the food was fine, but we didn't get a chance to eat it because we needed to travel to another location for our next game. I would expect a restaurant in a location like Canlan, a multi rink venue, to have more than 3 staff on hand. Such a disappointment.
At the arena watching hockey and was not open. Adding hours would help tremendously.
Great rink. The Thirsty Penguin leaves a lot to be desired.
