We had curry goat and jerk chicken not cooked properly at all tuff chicken it was not jerk chicken more like stew now to the goat did not taste like goat meat mix with beef no sir will not go back to Willy’s jerk.

Cant make this up, i was sick and i had their beef soup, that thing brought me back to life! Hahaha no joke i feel amazing! Hands down one of the best soups i ever had! Its a booster you guys are natural healers!! ??

March 21, 24 No one should visit this location Willy Jerk 3889 Keele Street the woman there is rude and disrespectful. I walked in she was sitting on her phone. No customer service skills. Wanted soup, didn't have so I ordered a oxtail thus was 8:23 pm and went home. When I got to go eat once sat down to eat after 3 spoonful of the rice and coleslaw I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. Called the store after ringing and ringing someone picked up the and left it off the hook. Mind you ii was only 9 pm. Wasted my gas to go back there to see they were closed. The woman say me and fanned me away. She comes and she she don't answer phone after 9pm but it wasn't after the tume The guys came out after I am yelling there is HAIR in my food. Said I want my money back. She then out saying that it not hers but the thing the made me more upset she had the audacity to tell me: A $20.00 FOOD I AM GOING TO PUT THE HAIR IN IT. I couldn't believe she would have the nerve was so mad to hear this and the to tell I have to come back the next day. March 22, 24. No Apology. When took the food back day she was still rude when i asked for my money back. Whoever owns here you really need to look into your employee.

I would not give this place a half of star but unfortunately I had to choose something, this place doesn’t even deserve one. First off the lady with the glasses at the front is very rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills.I have been going there for a long time now mainly for the breakfast but I decided to get some stew peas one day and it was the biggest mistake, all I got was bone and when I called to complain the rude lady was nasty so I left it alone and I didn’t go back for a long time. In December of 2023 I decided to get a soup and some ackee and salt fish before work, I didn’t get to eat the ackee and salt fish at work so I ate it when I got home, the taste was good but I found hair in my food. I know it wasn’t mine because my hair is red and straight and the hair in my food was black and curly. I called to let them know that it’s unacceptable and something needs to be done but the woman who answered the phone didn’t care and kept telling me that I should call their head office, I even stopped by to show her the picture that I took and nothing, all she kept saying was call the head office. These people are so rude and they really don’t care about their customers, I read a lot of the reviews and not one of their response was to compensate anyone. I’m done with this place and I would never recommend it to anyone.
