Windfield's Restaurant

Windfields is such a nice spot. I went on Wednesday night for dinner, and the atmosphere is cozy but still feels a bit upscale, and everything just feels well put together. The food was great, we had the chicken souvlaki dinner, but honestly what really made the experience better was our server, Rania. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really on top of everything without hovering. She made us feel comfortable the whole time and you could tell she actually cared about making sure we had a good experience. Definitely a big reason we’d want to come back.

The food is excellent but when it shows a picture of a bottle of Pepsi for $4 on Doordash, I expect a bottle and not a can. I love the food, but when a 2 person order comes to $80 after fees & tip, mistakes like this will make me think again when ordering food.

very friendly, best steak & eggs, always cooked to perfection with lattice grill marks, better than The Keg, for my taste~ very sad this iconic restaurant will close once the new building will be up

I must say to eat here was a delight. This restaurant is family owned and looks like many of the locals eat here as regulars. Went here with my uncle who lives close by and upon entering the restaurant, my uncle was greeted by the owner and a few servers who know him. We were also welcomed warmly as though we were regulars too. Very busy so service was a bit slow, however we were in no hurry so it was fine. Gave us time to settle in our booth, check out the menu and chat. Food was perfect. Felt like a mom and pop restaurant. Will return again when we are in the area. Thank you Renata for your sweet smile, service and a final hug before we left.

Ordered with uber, spaghetti 2 for 1, 1 soup of the day, over $30 minimum to receive free soup. Only received 1 soup, should be two, food/soup was great, packing order forgot 1 soup. Disappointed.

A wonderful old style independent restaurant. A wonderful breakfast, solid and good portion sizes. Lovely service. No must no fuss worth going to.

I wanted to love this place because they have been around forever and I really don’t want them to go out of business. They are great for all day breakfast—delicious. But the rest, honestly, was mediocre at best. The food portions were good but it tasted bland, barely any seasoning. The atmosphere was like a cafeteria at a long term care home (no hate to them, love the work they do for our beloved elderly). Service was actually bad. They didn’t check in on us, didn’t refill water, gave a faulty card machine and left—we had to chase them down to pay. Bottom line, wouldn’t go back in person but would order breakfast from delivery apps.
