I must say to eat here was a delight. This restaurant is family owned and looks like many of the locals eat here as regulars. Went here with my uncle who lives close by and upon entering the restaurant, my uncle was greeted by the owner and a few servers who know him. We were also welcomed warmly as though we were regulars too. Very busy so service was a bit slow, however we were in no hurry so it was fine. Gave us time to settle in our booth, check out the menu and chat. Food...

I wanted to love this place because they have been around forever and I really don’t want them to go out of business. They are great for all day breakfast—delicious. But the rest, honestly, was mediocre at best. The food portions were good but it tasted bland, barely any seasoning. The atmosphere was like a cafeteria at a long term care home (no hate to them, love the work they do for our beloved elderly). Service was actually bad. They didn’t check in on us, didn’t refill...

So glad we dined at this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. The owner Nick is a pleasure to deal with. He's friendly and his staff are all hardworking. Plenty of space with lots of parking around back. Prices are fair but well worth it. Highly recommend if you looking for a family restaurant with lots of charm.
