My favorite tea drink spot for almost ten years! It has never disappointed me, and the variety of options is amazing. The only small downside is that it can take a while because it’s always busy, but that just shows how popular it is! The drinks taste great and look beautiful. I’m always happy every time I visit 🥳

Really enjoyed their orange green tea. The POS is convenient for customizing your tea and adding extras. Clean, very cute atmosphere and friendly service.

I like their strawberry milk

First time visiting the tea shop. The staff is very friendly. I do not speak Chinese and was a bit intimidated but soon felt comfortable. I ordered a Mango Coconut smoothie. I had half sugar with Coconut jelly and yogurt.
It is very good. The lounge at the back has books and chairs to hang out.
Very nice.

Vomit smell when walking in the store…smell so bad Ugh… machine not working, have to go back to cashier to order again, such a waste of time. When ordering, nothing is in stock, no milk tea no taro balls. And this is afternoon on a Sunday I’m like hello? Will never come again thank you vomit store, please clean your store better.

We like coming to this location as it’s close to our place and the drinks taste great.

It can get really busy and takes a while to get your drink…

Fortunately the drinks are good. Unfortunately, the staff don't know how to make the orders in the order people ordered them. Waited 20 minutes to see someone that came in 10 minutes after me get their drink before me.

Not going to gatekeep this one. I love the grape tea slushy, its freaking good.

The first time I was here, the drink was okay, but I didn't feel excellent.
Seems they use the fruits not fresh to make the drink.

Disappointing experience – won’t be returning.
I’ve visited Green Isle many times before, but the service this time was disappointing. My friend and I each ordered a milk tea with less ice. After taking the drinks to my car—just a 2-minute walk—I noticed mine had no ice at all, while my friend’s still had a few centimeters of ice on top.

I went back to let the staff know they likely forgot to add ice to mine. Right from the start, they refused to admit any mistake and insisted the ice had just melted—which didn’t make sense, since the drink wasn’t even cold; in fact, it was slightly warm. I know what a less-ice milk tea should look and feel like, and this clearly wasn’t it.

When I asked them to add ice, they said they don’t usually reopen sealed drinks and instead offered me a separate cup of ice to add it myself. I explained that the lid was tightly sealed, and I’d need to tear it open, which isn’t ideal—especially since I had to drive. I requested they pour the drink into a new bottle with proper ice, but their attitude only got worse, and they still wouldn’t admit to any mistake.

In the end, I insisted they reseal the cup properly because I needed to drive, and only then did they finally do it. Really disappointing, especially from a place I used to enjoy.
