The first time I ate Wuhan Hot Dry Noodles, I don’t know if they are authentic or not. To our family’s taste, Fat Intestine Hot Dry Noodles ?, with extra braised eggs in the noodles, good service, clean environment, but the appearance is a bit... ?Good reviews

I’ve gotten takeout 3 times off Uber for dinner and I am someone who enjoys getting takeout.Service:I’m always genuinely surprised by the level of service provided even for takeout. The food seems to be prepared as the orders come because even when ordering a bit ahead of time, I usually arrive just as they are packaging everything and it takes about 5 minutes to get my food. Once I get my takeout, they open their door for me if my hands are occupied EVERY SINGLE TIME.I can’t speak to dine-in service as I’ve never dined in but I wouldn’t hesitate. They come off as very caring and kind people.Food:As hinted above, it seems to be prepped to order because even after I drive home, I’ll usually eat the food after about 30 mins due to other priorities and it is still hot/warm. If you like spicy, medium or extra spicy is really good. I always order the beef noodle soup and it just has incredible flavours especially paired with their spice.Highly recommend for noodle lovers and spice lovers.

Decent noodle shop quality and quantities all on line, a little bit on the salty side to my taste, everything else are good!

Beef noodle soup was not the same as what your photos show. Soup was too salty. Service was great, but I wouldn't come back when I want to eat beef noodle soup.

The bun and noodles are the best, also try the mini wonton soup. The owner and waitress are very friendly. Food comes fast too.

Yummy food, though, would prefer larger pieces of meat.Excellent spicy soup. Just the right amount of sourness I hoped to get.Noodles had to be eaten quickly as they softened too soon. Prefer cheweier noodles.Service was prompt but I was the only customer at the time.

This very hidden gem was found today by my Wuhanese friend. The unassuming restaurant was very clean and had great food! I recommend the Wuhan dry noodle extra spicy, which was so delicious that we forgot to take pictures before we finished our entire bowl! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they made sure that there was no cross-contamination between the items we ordered and any other meat items. Will be going back here again very soon!

I ordered the pork belly rice with preserved veggies and extra veggies. It's not on the regular menu, was written on the whiteboard on the wall. It's a good portion. The meat is cut thinner than what I'm used to at other Chinese restaurants, good flavour. Service is pretty fast as there were only 2 of us inside at that time. The location is not as visible so maybe that's why I didn't see a lot of traffic. My friend had the beef noodle soup, but hers did not have much flavour, the soup was pretty blend and she got stomachache afterwards. I was okay though maybe because I had different dish. The location at Hwy7 and Warden tastes better.

A hidden gem surrounding many other restaurants. This restaurant is tucked away in a corner between big buildings so it's not an easy find. We got the beef noodle soup, bun filled with pork, and sticky rice shiu mai. What caught me at first glance were the prices. In the current state of inflation, I was pleasantly surprised that the noodle bowl was $12, and everything else under $10. So reasonably priced and the portions were still reasonable. Our total ended up being $30 for 2 people and we were both full. Each dish had simple flavours that could be enhanced with your spice level of choice. This was such a comforting meal in this chilly season! Will definitely come back when we're in the area to try the other dishes. The spicy crawfish looked good too! Note: the place is quite small but not too busy. It may be a wait during peak hours. It's not a typical restaurant layout and more of a grab and go or quick eat place.
