We stumbled upon this mom-and-pop restaurant as we walked by, and were extremely glad that we did. Although the restaurant is not big, its atmosphere and lighting are inviting. What blew our socks off was the food and the service. The girl server who served us is so polite. The food is way above our expectation. The food and service is good. We will definitely come back to try the shrimp soup dumplings. The only thing that's not so great is parking here is awful. They only have a few spots out front so better to park in one of the side streets and walk over. 5% cash discount as well.
