I placed an order with Uber, but the first order was canceled for no reason. (I didn’t check it was out of stock on the app, and there was no phone call.) My order was canceled out of nowhere. Then I placed a second order, and after two drinks, it was like this? ?

Vandaag een taro green tea latte besteld bij YiFang. De taro vond ik iets aan de harde kant, waardoor het niet lekker weg dronk. De tapioca pearls waren wel lekker chewy :)

Update: They asked me to email them with what had happened regarding my order and I did but they never responded. Seems like they just want to show here that they are being active and helping customers figure out the issues but in reality doesn’t seem like they care.The girl they hired was super rude. Didn’t care and didn’t want to help out at all. The bubble tea was full of ice when I asked for less ice.

I’ve never bought a $10 bubble tea and finished it in under 1 minute until here.I ordered yi fang fruit tea, they said I cant change ice level or sugar level which is usually fine. But they gave me a cup of ice and a couple slices of apple. Honestly disappointed and i know its a chain from Taiwan so extra points for disappointment .
Had an off the menu item - kumquat and sugarcane green tea. Was really refreshing!

I picked my order today May 22, 2023 around 10:30pm. The girl that was working there at this time was extremely rude. She didn’t acknowledge me or my friend and seemed like she didn’t want to help us at all. She finally handed us our order and gave us a dirty look and walked away. Why was this girl hired? If you don’t know customer service then don’t work there. She needs to be fired and the person that hired her needs to be fired. Lastly, the Bubble Tea was not good at all and way too watered down. I am never coming back! There are plenty of better options in the area.

Worst bubble tea I’ve had..This is worse than the ‘pioneer’ bubbletea shops we all had back few years ago when bubble tea started to take off.I couldn’t finish the matcha bbt at all, it was just watery with bitter matcha powder.The mango bbt was made with artificial mango syrup, that it didn’t taste like mango..It was like drinking really cheap quality drinks.

Not gonna lie I wish I could give it a zero.First, I rarely walk into a boba place where they are flies swirling around.The wait time is meh, not bad but the drink itself is awful. The pearls are overcooked, it’s a little too soft. The matcha it’s very bitter ( we only ordered 70% sugar).The fruit tea it’s alright.Yi Fang in Hong Kong and Taiwan are pretty good … Overall quite disappointed.

I like this chain because their drinks taste authentic with Taiwan flavours but it can get pricey. They have good choice of fruity teas unlike some that focus on milky teas. I like their regular pearl milk tea and the aiyu lemon tea is refreshing though aiyu doesn't taste homemade more like canned
