I usually get cherry frozen yogurt at the mall and it comes in a bright pink colour and actually tastes like cherry. what I got at this location instead was plain frozen yogurt with a small scoop of cherries (I got the large size as well) and it wasn’t even properly blended, there’s still plain frozen yogurt chunks. ordered it on april 2nd at around 12:30. super disappointed with what I got. don’t come here!

Not impressed at all with this location. Echoing what others are saying, the worker does not tie her hair and sometimes the hair is touching the frozen fruit. In addition, today I was charged more than what the sign had for a frozen yogurt. Employee is not friendly and does not seem like she wants to be there. For the price we’re paying, the quality of the Yogun Fruz I normally receive at other locations just isn’t there.

I just wanted to try for the first time, but it was my first and last time. I ordered a milk tea w mango flavor w peachy bubble. It was awful,the bubbles taste so weird. I've never eaten this kind of bubble,the drink wasn't fresh at all also in my drink there was a lint i tried to drink cuase I payed for it but from not even a middle of it I decide to put it in garbage. Not gonna try it anymore.

It was not busy there and the worker was still so slow and stood there for 5 minutes before starting to make my drink after I ordered because she was on the phone with a friend. It took so long I debated telling her to not bother and when I did get my drink it was not great.

absolute garbage, staff are rude and unprofessional, the price is quite expensive for the horrible quality of the drinks, do NOT order anything from here the slush tastes like ice water with a drop of flavour. the place is also quite unhygienic, i dont think staff are cleaning it very well. i asked to have my drink remade bc it was literally just ice, and she gave me an attitude when she gave me the drink back. mind you i never ask for a refund or have my drink remade! but this was an exception since i rly felt like i was being robbed of my money. the drink remade still sucks too so this place is just awful. hire better people who actually know how to make the drinks? thanks.

I went there a couple days ago. My friend was asking a couple questions from the lady at the counter and she was ok with the way she responded. I went there and as english is my second language I couldn’t remember the exact word so I asked what flavors do you have for the ice cream? She replied in a very bad tone that “its frozen yogurt its not ice cream.” And she didn’t even respond to my question as in what are the flavors so I asked again and I got even a worse behaviour. I was shocked cause the way she responded was not polite at all and I quietly left while my friend was ordering! I decided to not to get anything since I just made a mistake with words and thats not how they should let you know the name is not ice cream :| after my friend came out he said that he noticed why did I didn’t get it and just left…so it wasn’t only me feeling that way.

If I could rate this please zero stars, I would. But unfortunately. I can’t.I would like to start this off by saying that this is not the first negative experience I’ve had at this location. Leading up to this, I have before waited at the counter for several minutes to be served. I believe it is one person working per shift, and the woman working that day would casually leave and return as she pleased - disregarding the amount of customers waiting to purchase something.Today, I decided to purchase a frozen yogurt in the peach flavour. I approached the counter and was greeted by a tall Asian woman. I decided on getting the peach flavour in a small size, which is, mind you, $6.00 - for a small. After I ordered she took not even 30 seconds to prepare my order. As far as I’m concerned, the yogurt is blended with fruit, so I was surprised at how quickly I was served. Upon trying the yogurt, all I have to say is that it was utterly disgusting. The flavour was barely blended, so I was left with the taste of sour, bland yogurt, with chunks of frozen peach. The peach was so frozen that it was completely unpleasant to taste, it tasted like freezer burn. Maybe if the yogurt had been blended more, the huge peach chunks wouldn’t have tasted so horrible. Since the yogurt was horrible, I decided to ask the woman (not for a refund) but to switch the flavour. As soon as I politely explained what was wrong with the yogurt, she became very defensive, explaining that she took the peaches out of the container and blended them. She then started yelling in my face about the yogurt being non-refundable. I then stated that I was not asking for a refund, but for her to simply change the flavour as I was unsatisfied with the way the peach was made and tasted. She continued to yell about it being un-refundable and completely refused to offer any type of reimbursement or acknowledgment of my complaint. As I noticed she was not going to cooperate, I simply left and threw the yogurt away, left completely unsatisfied, annoyed, and with money wasted.Although today was one of the first days that I have actually ordered from this location, I have seen this same woman working multiple times, and the majority of the time she is just sitting behind the counter on her phone. I’m convinced she is just simply lazy and unwilling to take criticism from unsatisfied customers. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this location.

At yogen fruz, most of the drinks are okay. And the ice cream is good as always. But the BEST drinks are the popping sodas. The first time I had it, it was AMAZING. Highly recommend everyone to try the popping sodas of your preference in taste. My go to is the strawberry w/ lychee popping boba :
Yummy. The chocolate ice cream is 2-die-4! The brunette waitress is also really nice :)

Favorite yogurt place in town. Tammy is the best server ever. Super sweet and accommodating and makes the best drinks ever. I ordered a passion fruit green tea with extra flavoured jelly. Great experience!
