Went to this place yesterday first time, my friend and I ordered populars from the menu. The bun is too big as compared to the patty most of the time chewing on the bread , also my “Yonge burger “ came without pickles.

I couldn't give 5 stars since the more rushed I was, the slower they were. I ordered over the phone saying ×××mins later I will be there but when I arrived in after ×××mins later, the food wasn't served but it was ready, which means the server even didn't know who the food was for although he wrote down my name and I told them my name when I came in. It was frustrating and I waited there for 5-10mins just for the server to serve my food and check out...

Yonge Burger serves fantastic food – everything I tried was absolutely delicious! However, the staff’s attitude was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. Despite the great food, I don’t feel inclined to visit again because of this. I really hope someone from the team sees this review and reaches out, as I genuinely loved the food and would love to change my mind if the service improves.
