One of the yummiest places to get Korean food. It’s definitely a hidden gem. The prices are fair and the portions are HUGE. I can get at least two meals out of one bbq combo.Got take out for the family and everything was packaged well and stayed secure on the way home. Will be ordering again.The man at the cashier isn’t the most friendly but it’s just him and his wife so he’s usually busy. But he’s never been rude towards me when I go to order.

bang for buck best fast food korean joint you can get. If you need a quick pick me up id suggest this place. They have lunch special menu so its afford. Portion size is huge so you wont hate it. been reading reviews and they are saying food lacks flavor? guess maybe if youre asking for high end quality but the taste matches the cost.Edit: everyone mad about the old man. Just chill, yes hes rude to everyone just grow a back bone. The foods awesome just gotta take some heat sometimes before you get it

It's located in a food court so it's not a restaurant but I usually order delivery so it doesn't matter. OMG their portion sizes are massive! I've never seen a restaurant give as much galbi as they do. I don't even know how they're making any money when they're practically giving away food. Soo good and such great value!

Excellent hidden gem! Food is homemade and delicious. Highly recommend. We got bbq pork. It came with kimchee, tofu, and sticky rice. One of the best Korean food place we had in a while.

This called "BBQ" restaurant was located in downtown core in early 2000. This restaurant WAS very good place for resolve your hunger. Now open in NEW location with some changes.If you do not have budget, but meat lover without thinking quality of food as me, this will be your place.As I said do not expect quality or taste, but ONLY volume of food and meat, then good place to visit.Do not take a look for Special one they proudly showing on the top of menu. Buy only lunch specials, otherwise you may regret on amount of food and qualities.Also do not forget, this is a food court restaurant.

Seriously some of the best Korean food I’ve ever had. The kimchi fried rice is the best ever. The short rib and the beef are my faves. It may be a little pricy but the portions are humongous. Kudos to the old couple that run the place. I hope the business continues on for a long time since it’s seriously underrated.

Yummy BBQ has been my favorite food court Korean bbq joint since my university days from more than 28 years ago in their original dundas west location.The food has been consistent in both quality and quantity in those years and that is saying a lot.The "sour" gentleman a lot of reviewers speak of is the original owner and I will honestly say that he has a dry sense of humor at times. But I have never found him to be mean spirited or rude. He has always been nore than cordial and generous with his banchans.My favorite here is their spicy BBQ of any kind of meat and their doen-jang jjigae which is second to none in Toronto in my humble opinion. Don't come here looking for a restaurant quality service as you will not get it. It's a food court. Don't ask for extra banchan, it's just not that kind of place. Not because of lack of service but because it's a food court. You wouldn't walk into a mall food court, expecting Manchu wok or Thai express to top up your request for extra sides, would you?If you want great quality, tasty KBBQ with no fuss dining experience, you won't find anything better than Yummy BBQ in Toronto.

Hi there,I order from Yummy BBQ all the time. Sometimes every week. I enjoy the food the price is great. But today I had a very large order, birthday celebration at work. I order through Uber eats as I always do. It was a $300 order that was CANCELLED after 1 hr of the restaurant “making” the food. I called the Yummy bbq multiple times and no one picked up the phone.I called Uber eats which stated the restaurant cancelled the order.My question is, if you knew you couldn’t fulfil the order, why start making the food and cancel it after an hour of “making the food”?There should be some communication. Very disappointed by this business practice.
