The staff is rude and they don't speak English. They also have no respect for drivers. Always late. No parking and they never apologize. Id you're a driver, write your own review. Put them out of business. They don't deserve to have a business

The boss lady is so unrealistic and treats everyone else as a fool! Without exposing you to your face, I will evaluate you here. This store is now called Hua Jiangnan. There are only a few fried buns in one portion. Are two of them hollow like this?

Absolutely a gem! Their dumplings are very authentic and taste so delicious!! Their soup dumplings also to die for. This place is definitely my go to when I’m craving soup. You can taste and feel the love put into the dumplings! Definitely recommend this place!

⚠️ Never ready for the drivers and they lie to us when they say how long. They have no parking lot so we get tickets while waiting. They seem to think making the driver wait 5-10 minutes is acceptable. They also don't know how to package their food. They buy cheap packaging and dont know how to put it in the bag sensibly Theyre very disrespectful. And while they make us wait, we have food from other restaurants in your car getting cold. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS.

The pork and prawn wontons in chilli oil - absolutely fantastic!!!! Tried all the buns as well, the owner prepares everything from scratch, the service is so warm and inviting…the food really hits the spot!!!

Wow, $8 for 4 shengjian baos, as a comparison, $4.59 at Shanghai Dimsum in Markham, $7 in First Markham Place for same amount of pieces, I guess higher rents causes higher prices.Baos overall were Ok, could have been more soupy/juicier. Dough/meat ratio as good as it should be. My personal opinion is that it's not good value for your hard earned money but if you're craving for shengjian Bao in the neighborhood, then you do you.

This is a little food court restaurant tucked inside the new office building at Yonge and Sheppard. The food is average the owner is cheerful and helpful. But unfortunately the pan fried bun is too dry to be like the traditional Shanghai version where it is usually very soupy. The price is a little expensive for what you get. And overall just nothing amazing. I would say if you really crave this dish there are other places you can get better within a 10 minute drive but if your in a rush in a pinch it's serviceable

The fried buns were stale. They had been sitting in the pan. They were re-fried for our order, hence they were dry and hard as a rock. They are very pricey for the quality you get. The beef vermicelli soup and wonton soup were OK, nothing special but nothing to complain about either.
