“First time trying this place. I enjoyed it. I am accustomed to broccoli in my General Tao chicken so missed that, but it was very tasty and not over battered. Egg rolls were nice, not greasy like some places. I gave a 4 for service because we were told ready in 30 mins but when my husband went to pick it up he had to wait another 15 mins. I find them a bit pricey in comparison with our previous Chinese restaurant. But overall all was good and I will order again”
“Best pizza ever had. Friendly service willing to make any kind of pizza you can think of. Gaurav can really cook a mean pizza if you haven’t tried this place you should. Absolutely love their donair pizza”
“When we were planning our wedding last year, I told my Dutch partner that maple stroopwaffels would make the best wedding favours. I had said it mainly in jest, but when he agreed, I set off on a quest to find some. Schep's Bakeries came up right away, and the process to order could not have been easier. It was all done by email months before the wedding, but they were shipped all the way to Vancouver closer to the date. Our guests loved them!”
“Worst management ever....always been a regular customer here for many years, wasn't always perfect, missing items, different little problems, and never complained...but this past Satuarday was the worst meal ever...dried out chicken, no cheese added that we paid for, burnt food and not hurt a little, and a slimey gross skin like substance on the carrots, had to throw the entire meal out...contacted the restraunt and was told I would get a refund that night but would have to wait till Monday for the owner....needless to say after 4 phone calls she will not call me back, what a crook”
“Pizza here is really good! The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. I dont eat meat/ cheese and they still made me a veggie 'za that was amazing. #yummo Look out Tuesdays cause I know what I want to order :D”
“Staff were nice but not organized at all. I placed an online order for 5:30 pick up. Checked in with staff and gave my phone number just before 5:30. They said 5 min.. so I checked in again wasn’t ready. I was told they’d let me know. It wasn’t ready until just before 6 and I had to ask again to see that my order had been sitting there for an unknown period of time ready. Annoyed to say the least.”
“It's usually a very good Timmies. But the last time I visited it was not a good experience. They were short staffed and the place showed it. Long line ups, slow response times, and unclean booths. The food looked like it had been thrown together without any pride of service.I realize the staff on duty are under pressure. It's no fun working under those kinds of conditions. The managers and owner need to look into the fact that some of their staff are remaining home when they are scheduled to work. There was a school strike the day I visited -- and some of the staff are stay at home moms. They had no choice, they had to stay home with their school-age kids. But shouldn't someone high up in the organization have anticipated this problem, been proactive, and provided these hardworking moms with day care for their children?Isn't that how successful business have always operated? Looking after their workers in times of need? The staff of a business are part of the 'household' of the business. In other words, they are 'family.' Business owners should treat them accordingly.”
“Enjoyed our time here following the Total Solar Eclipse on April 8. Our server, Jake, was very friendly and patient. It was a busy day with the eclipse happening - it was a full place by the time we left but the service was quick & friendly. Really enjoyed my pizza too!”
“Took the hour drive yesterday afternoon and I definitely wasn't disappointed between 3 of us we got different things to tey some we didn't get pictures of. The food 10/10 . We waited 20-30 minutes for fresh food as we decided not to call ahead because we were not in a rush if you don't want to wait I would recommend calling ahead. The chicken is crispy and juicey I can't wait to go back and bring the family! The young lady that was working was very helpful.”
“Went to Kelsey’s for dinner tonight and Agatha our server went above and beyond to demonstrate customer service! Highly recommend the food, the service and will be a repeat customer. Thank you”
“Great find. I love family restaurants and this one is obviously multi generational. Food was quick, plentiful, reasonably priced and the people were friendly.”
“I had the chicken tenders...a little overcooked...some were a bit difficult to chew... other than that, everything else was good.Kid-friendliness: They had their own menus... food was in kid size proportions.Wheelchair accessibility: Not that I needed it, but I did notice that it was accessable by wheelchair.”
“We went to Stacked for my dad's birthday last Friday. I got something I don't get super often - Eggs Benedict!! But this was no ordinary Eggs Benedict but a Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict!! Served with home fries and it was very good!!This is the third time I have gone to Stacked and I would probably rate them as one of my top five breakfast places to eat out at. Great food!! Great service and even the coffee wasn't half bad!!Oh yeah for those of you that like a cheap breakfast, just get there before 9am as they have an early bird special that is only about $7 or $8!!Great breakfast place!!”
“We stumbled across Vivian’s restaurant, and we’re glad we did. We thoroughly enjoyed the all you can eat buffet, including smoked brisket. The dessert bar was equally delicious. Vivian visited our table and made us feel very special and welcomed. It was a great experience leading up to the full solar eclipse the following day. ”
“Nice little food truck, good food and reasonable prices. We drove into town from camping and were happy to find it there for a quick bite, after we left there was quite the line up.Could use some nearby picnic tables, being in the Canadian Tire parking lot limits the atmosphere”
“Awesome serviceI was visiting first time ,he made me an awesome bowlI would love and recommend everyone to visitsIf you want to try then come and ask for bestThank you once again”
“Great local coffee roasters. There are plenty of different coffee beans highlighting various flavorful levels from light to heavy roasts. The service was excellent and courteous.Would recommend their Americano and cortado!!”
“The Indian food here is amazing! We tried 5 different dishes and everything was delicious!! Our favorites were the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Lamb Biryani. The Naan is also amazing and comes in large portions. I belive they make it in their own Tandoor Over so it tastes extra yummy! This is now going to be our go to spot for Indian food in the area.”
“This gem is a must. Cookies, squares, muffins, scones, bread, cup cakes, doughnuts is just a small list of their delicious delectables. Practically edible art. There is also a deli with a wonderful variety of meats and cheeses. They will build you a sandwich on the spot and to your liking.”
“I don’t often leave reviews but a lot of other franchises can learn a lot from this establishment! Friendly, clean, professional and a generous amount of food / toppings. Always fresh and hot. Unlike subway who are chincy and attempts to give you bare minimal and gives you a condescending look when you ask for extra toppings.”
“A comfortable family restaurant with mainly Greek food. Some Italian and general pub food as well. Food was all well prepared and service very friendly. There's a Poke stop within reach and a few more within short walking distance.”
“Amazing food and service , must visit place.Definitely best place to try wings . Tried almost every place but could not match the taste and quality of these place.Exceptional service ? ?.Surely coming back.”
“Great tasting food here, always! My go to is the fry supreme and the traditional Mennonite chicken noodle soup. I make it a habit to stop in when I’m in area visiting.”
“Excellent sushi! Presentation was also very beautiful. We couldn’t believe the quantity we got for the price! Very generous portion sizes. Everything tasted amazing. Very happy with our order!”
“My son's team had a hockey tournament in Woodstock this weekend. Last minute we decided to go out for lunch with a group. We rolled up with about 20 people and no reservations. We have done many team outings this year in different cities around Ontario. This was by far the best experience. With only one wait staff working and their patio not fully opened, they opened it for us. The food was great, the service was fantastic, the owner came and gave the kids frisbees. They had no time to prepare for a big group and did a much better job than places that had weeks of notice. Well done!!!”
“Sunset Grill is my favorite restaurant to get breakfast at in Woodstock. The waitresses are always nice, the food is always good, the portions are nice for the price and they actually carry turkey bacon on their menu, which is nice due to the fact I do not eat pork.Awesome place for great food!”
“The pan fried fish was wonderful and my partner loved his Canadian burger! They waited to package my crazy fries until I arrived to make sure they didn’t start getting soggy which was very thoughtful. All around great service:)”
“We stopped for breakfast on our way through town.Early Bird breakfast is great value! All the food was fresh and had generous portions. The bacon was fairly thick, and the sausages were plump and juicy. Our server was friendly and attentive - she was managing the whole dining room when we where there. The restaurant interior is well worn and somewhat dated, but is functional. All in all, a good stop, and a welcome departure from fast food or chain restaurant breakfasts.”
“Such a lovely store! Their fresh baked goods are amazing, good variety of items within the store, lots of Dutch treats that remind me of my childhood… would highly recommend you stop in to check this gem out! A+++++”
