After getting my pizza here many times, I've decided to finally post a review! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and I can't even count the number of times I've complimented them! The food is amazing- but then again how can you mess up pizza without setting it on fire? I think this location is great, but feel free to have your own opinions! I'm just a rando on the internet :3

Ordered for the first time as we are local. I ordered a deluxe. It looked like the toppings were just thrown on the pizza and missing half of the cheese. It tasted like it wasn’t even cooked. I had one slice and got sick from both ends and have been sick for 24 hours. Thanks for the food poisoning… Will not return

I absolutely love godfathers pizza, especially the norwich location; as I am a local. But most times when I try to buy a slice of pizza, there are none ready. There are four or five racks on the warming tray and only two are ever in use at most. When the current pizza in the warming rack is getting low the employees should prepare another pizza to replace it. I think the norwich location would benefit greatly from having more pizza readily available. But as I said I absolutely love godfathers pizza and I highly recommend it.

Hi, thanks for following up. I didn’t go into detail originally because I didn’t want to be harsh, but since you’re asking—I came in on Monday and had a slice of pizza. Within about half an hour I became very sick and have been dealing with what I believe to be food poisoning ever since. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day that could have given me food poisoning, so I’m fairly confident the slice was the cause. This isn’t a case of a flu—I’m 100% sure it was food-related. I’m not trying to drag your business down, just sharing my experience in the hopes it helps you identify if something might have gone wrong that day. Thanks again for reaching out.
