I made an order online and showed up to pick the order up and I was told they don't do online orders. In order to get my money back I have to call customer service which was closed. Kinda frustrating.Edit .. Norwich store owned up and gave me $$ back

Don’t take much care with assembly. Meat was in the middle 2/3 and the ends were empty. Dumped the salt and pepper on the meat instead of the veggies. Little things matter.

This Mr Sub ALWAYS has the freshest bread (bread connoisseur) don’t know how they do it but always 5/5 when I come in to get subs.

The food is always good; I prefer it over Subway.This has station tends to only have one person working at a time (from what I've seen), so service is really slow due to the staff having to jump between stations.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Business hours say "10am to 10pm", go in at 9:15pm and they refuse to serve you. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Subs are alwsys preparef quickly. Love them because they always fully loaded and have trouble biting into them. Keep up the great work

Where I stopped in Norwichat Petro Canada very very slow service and bread was not fresh not very happy here again with that sub place .
