Ever since new owners it’s gone all downhill! Staff are rude, they look miserable, and can’t get orders right! I miss the old employees that always knew your orders, always smiled and actually cared! The old owner and staff are missed!! Hopefully they can smarten up or they’ll loose a lot of people!

Wish this place had better management and staff. Very immature workers who talk loud about thier personal lives. No regard for the customer they are serving. And when I took my concern to management it made it worse for me. Now everytime I go there that employee talks to her co-workers and they look at me and laugh at me. I am very uncomfortable going there.
I can't believe management and store owner allows customers to be treated so poorly.

The store managers suck. Why let people who are sick work with food. That’s just disgusting and wrong. If someone is sick LET THEM STAY HOME. I work with food and I know for a fact that we aren’t supposed to be working if we are sick. Anyways Tim Hortons I hope someone finds out you are making sick people work with food and how disgusting that is. The meaning of this is because I saw a sick girl making my coffee and I am not comfortable with workers who are sick around my food

Bad service and no respect for customers.
I ordered bagle with cheese and lattice, tomato , eggs with no bacon but I got bacon and this has been happening for months.

This is the worst drive through I have ever been to. The employee speaks so fast on the speaker you’re left trying to figure out what they’re saying. When you get to the window the person rarely ever says anything other than the price. No thank you or nothing. This is not a one time stop. It’s a constant problem and unfortunately I have to stop in Norwich often

I ordered a vanilla cold brew but the employee, gave me a vanilla iced latte and insisted that I ordered it, instead of the vanilla cold brew I wanted. I was not given the drink I ordered and got stuck with the vanilla ice latte.
