Stopped for coffee. Around 10:15 walked inside. 2 young girls were standing off to the one till looked at myself, and my son said that they would help us at the other till. We stood there for 5 minutes. While they joked around on their phones laughing and having a great time. We turned around and walked out not gonna waste our time when they're goofing around on their phones and having a great time while we're standing there waiting to order

I always love going to this tims but tonight I order a bbq crispy chicken wrap. And im pretty sure they gave me the spicy chicken one. It was very salty I couldn’t even try to eat it. I can’t do spicy food at all. I ended up giving it to my dog. Sorry guys

Worst Tim Hortons ever! Don't expect breakfast item avaliable during breakfast hours. If your order is not standard ( like no hot sauce) Good luck. As for make up of coffee you ga e a 50 / 50 shot of getting what you ordered. I think they are under staffed, and not well trained.

Every-time I go there and get a French vanilla it is only 3/4 full I literally dumped it into a large cup and it filled that. So please tell me why I’m paying for an extra large when I don’t even get that. And to top it off when you ask for them to top it off you get some snobby look and eye rolls.

Only ever used the drive thru. There can be a wait if they are busy, but they have fast and friendly service even when it isn't busy. Like all Tim Hortons, the food is very average compared to all the other food options that are available in town.
April the night time manager was beyond rude Saturday August 16 at 1130pm. Just because her husband has issues with her and drama - Does not call for my food to be thrown at me across counter with no customer service at all. Check cameras.

Coffee spilt all over the floor with pylons placed beside it instead of cleaning it up. 4 tables that were available were filthy dirty. Asked for my son’s sandwiches made with no vegetable and non sauce. Started to make with vegetable, had to stop them. Received sandwiches and didn’t have bacon for the turkey bacon or cheese for the ham and cheddar. When the food maker was done with the 3rd correction she slammed the food down on the counter. Will not be back again.

If I could give the food zero stars, I would. There was a large piece of coffee filter in my toasted coconut donut...ugh. When I brought it back inside, I was asked if I'd like another (what??? The rest of the batch should have been thrown away!!). I was given another choice of a donut but one bite into that one, I threw it out because I was so nauseous at this point. Beware of the food here!
Update...extra ugh!!! 2nd bite into my chocolate chunk cookie and there was a hair! I'm finished with Tim Horton’s. CLEAN YOUR KITCHEN!!! You should be shut down!!
