Best Pizza place in Norwich. Reasonable priced pizza. Placed our order online before the store opened and it was ready at the exact time it was supposed to be ready. Have never had an issue with this place. Definitely recommend.

Got the Family meal delivered to my home. One of my pizzas was missing a topping, I called and they rectified it right away and delivered the correct Pizza and got to keep the mistake pizza as well. great service.

Ordered here quite a bit since I've moved here pizza is always very average at best with the occasional good one, ordered wings with the pizza TN and they have basically no sauce on them, the prices are good I'll give them that much, ordered from Burford and it was phenomenal, not sure why titos Norwich is always lacking?

The prices are getting expensive compared to the other alternatives available in nearby towns. Unfortunately, this is my second choice due to them always being 15 minutes overdue on their timing and rising prices.

I like Titos pizza. The norwich location seemingly never has slices ready for lunch time. Last three visits (between 12 and 230) there were 0 slices. While the worker apologizes, it's very inconvenient to then have to find somewhere else to get a quick bite. This is a pretty easy thing to fix, just takes the initiative i guess.

we ordered two pizzas, which surprisingly came on time. When they arrived the pizza toppings had slid to one side of the box with the majority of the toppings no longer on the pizza. We phoned to discuss this and were told that they could deliver two new pizzas and collect the old ones. Whilst I was on the phone to them, my wife requested that I add some soda to the order as they were delivering again. 25 minutes later two pizzas turned up. 5 minutes later we were called by tidos and accused of dropping and standing on the pizzas as their ‘driver would never deliver them like that.”. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and said that we had destroyed the pizzas in order to get some soda, which is absurd! She told me to never order from them again and hung up when I asked to speak to the manager. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from any restaurant.
