We went in a large group and was glad to have one of the only two large tables available. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman from Vietnam, and his service was good and attentive. We ordered Pho beef noddles/ spring rolls/fried rice. They were good and delicious. Much better than others in this vicinity. We did not encounter any of the service problems mentioned in the other reviews here. Our experience has been pleasant and good.

I can't believe this place is bold enough to keep their doors open for business. First we asked the wait staff what "beef rods" are. She said "beef", rather unhelpfully. When we tried to ask for more details, her answer was "just try it". Ok. Next, i ordered Vietnamese coffee. I've had many of these coffees before, you need to wait for it to drip through into the coffee cup with the condensed milk. I got it. except when the water hasn't even budged after 20 minutes, something's not right. The waitress was similarly unhelpful, and we had to insist on speaking with the manager. She was just as rude and unhelpful. Basically said "I'll microwave this or you can cancel it". NO acknowledgment of the problem (the filter, perhpas?), no apology, no explanation. I've not experienced such poor service in years. Stay away from this establishment unless you're looking for mediocre food and awful service.

This is a cheating restaurant. When I finished my meal and pay the bill a tall waiter told me that they only accept cash, not accept Credit Card. I was forced to pay by Cash. However the following week, my friend told me they do accept credit cards. I called them back therefore and the restaurant answer yes for credit card payment. Then why the Chinese waiter told me that they do not accept credit cards because of my Asia's face???!!! Cheat Chinese waiter! Shame on you!

Excellent food - decide you go despite some reviews and found out that food is great and well presented. Restaurant is small and has only one waitress so if is full it can take time but the dinner was outstanding and very well presented - recommended to try it out
