Strictly rating the food here. Breakfast was rather oily: this needs to change as it definitely takes away from the quality of the food!

Ordered a burger and was asked to wait for 5 minutes. Waited for 15 which wasn't an issue. But the employee taking the orders took another person's order touching the cashier and screen, then touched the buns and veggies right away without gloves and without washing her hands. I wasn't even thinking about it but the kitchen area was visible and I saw her go from the cashier directly to the food. I asked their policy on sanitation and they said they couldn't wear gloves. I know a lot of restaurants prioritize hand-washing over gloves, but that is when employees actually wash their hands. Talked to the store manager who was there, and received no apology nor a real explanation from any of them—said that the employee washed her hands and put the bun in first then came out to take orders, then went back. She didn't, and even if she did exactly that, she should be washing her hands again before touching the veggies. They just asked if I wanted new burgers but that it was going to take a while. Honestly, we don't know what goes on behind the scenes of fast food chains, and there's probably a lot of this going on. Frustrated though that this is taken as the norm and not the exception going by the employee and the manager's reaction to the situation.
