Dreadful they gave me the wrong sandwich yesterday so today I got a free sandwich. The bun was stale, the bacon looked liked leftover and tasted bad and the egg was like leather. They obviously don't care about their standards

I just ordered a spicy chicken combo and the when I bit into the sandwich among the lettuce was a small hard piece. I spit it out and looked at it and it is definitely a fingernail. We all bit our nails when we were kids so we all know that texture when you feel it in your mouth. Absolutely disgusting, I'm never ordering from here again, I suggest the same for anyone who doesn't want any surprise toppings on their next meal from A&W

Not sure what happened to their burgers but they are not the same as they used to be. The service took a while but the atmosphere was good.
The food is always great at this location and the dining room is usually clean. Although today I waited a few minutes at the cash to be acknowledged despite all of the staff members looking right at me while continuing their conversation in their native language. Finally the only guy on staff today came to the register and said “yeah…”, took my order and turned on his heels to go in the back while I paid to continue the conversation. VERY unprofessional. VERY rude and ignorant

Went on for a late night snack. The lady working the front was extremely friendly and patient. I explained I wanted to check the menu first and see if I had any special offers in the app. She said take your time and let me know when your ready. It's small things like this that go along way from me just eating there once or twice to making it more of a spot I go to on a regular basis.
Decided to go with a buddy cheeseburger and asked for pickles which they happily added at no charge. Food was fresh and tasted very good.
