Sit down and gather around for a short rant. Im the letter carrier who delivers in the area, and frequent here on weekdays. The manager Aman on Saturday mornings is brutal here. Took my family here for lunch. We ordered $40 of food, they gave us a chicken pattie 1/3 size of the burger bun. Immediately we noticed the difference because we had the same burger last week. Wife decided to raise the issue, I advised not to due to noticing the first time here on Saturday that Aman was likely one of those kinda people in service who wields little power but loves the abuse both self and others. (He asked us if we wanted cheese on our $25.99 combo offer and smirked when I said no) The manager refused to make a proper sized patty upon request. We then asked for an exchange to new burger of the same price, which also was refused. We asked for a refund and was also refused. (???) There was no meat in the burger contrary to the same burger we ordered last week which had meat in it. Employee started to argue with my wife none stop, then gave us a ripped coupon back which he refused to use for us. Couldn’t stop arguing with my wife over $4. Now my wife is the kind of person who goes around tipping people, she tips the garbage man, I don't agree but I don't raise a fuss. She is all nice and kind, I am not easy going like that. At this point it got me riled up and I stepped in and told him this is canada, and we offer good service here. He gave us a refund, and a burger. However at this point you can pay the entire bill for us, and it no longer matters. The analogy I like to use is how much do you want me to pay you to slap you across the face? (Actually, we expect good service at all restaurants) I repeatedly told him to stop arguing with my wife, after repeating this same sentence several times, finally the point hit him to stop arguing with my wife over 4 dollars. Zero respect for woman, a man has to step in, usually I notice in life, that it is the cowards who acts like this. The braver men steps on other men and acts nice to the ladies. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant like this, definitely a negative -5 star experience. We will not be looking to return to this poorly trained venue.Moreover, zero apologies were given. I think this restaurants training makes sense if I was the profitable capitalist and they were the paying customers.Edit: My wife mentioned she overheard Aman murmur "get out of my restaurant" to himself. I didn't hear this, so I can not confirm, but I am happy to call the police and settle this scam for false & misleading advertising regarding your refusal and anger management issues over a $4 burger quality issue, on a $40 order with 1/3 pattie size compared to bun. I think if you didn't open a chain restaurant, then you can do whatever you want when you don't bare the a&w name, even including discrimination and refuse of service. Participation in the coupon program is also in my view completely voluntary for chain restaurants, probably already mentioned on your coupon somewhere, and if you cannot afford to send coupons by all means stop sending them out. Discrimination is not welcome in Canada, please, you don't have to be here or do this.

The restaurant was very dirty. The ketchup was tacky and sticky and not edible the floors, the chairs, the baseboards the containers that your drink lids are kept in. Everything is extremely dirty. The health board should definitely be called on this place. The food was cold. There’s old food sitting in the windowsills that are definitely more than a week old, absolutely disgusting I don’t recommend this location

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at your drive-thru on Feb 9th around noon. Despite purchasing coffee, I was directed to the window for milk and sugar, which I didn't request on the side. Upon arrival, I received my coffee with insufficient milk and no sugar. When I politely asked for sugar and more milk, the response was rudely dismissive, with the excuse of other customers waiting. This treatment is unacceptable. As a paying customer who didn't request condiments on the side, I expected better service. Regrettably, I won't be returning to your establishment, and I advise others to avoid it as well. I urge you to improve your standards.

Every time I go there in the morning between 5 AM and 5:30 AM. I am told that they are closed for 45 minutes. This is not a 24 hour restaurant.
When asked to repeat something that wasn’t understood through the drive through the guy full on yelled when repeating himself. The guy had asked whether if we wanted cheese or not on a burger but due to his thick accent it wasn’t understood at first, but when he repeated himself he had yelled loudly for no reason. That is no way to treat your customers.

Quite possibly the worst fast food I’ve ever had. The burgers are seasoned weird, the cheese looks strange and plastic, and the onion rings were old and stale as heck. The only redeeming part was that they gave me a lot of onion rings and the staff was nice.
