We had coffee, lentil soup, tuna salad sandwich and goat cheese & fig filled croissant. We also tried the pistachio carrot cake. All fresh and tasty.

The food and the service is always excellent. I’ve started to make a stop there for a goat cheese omelette and an Americano, a welcome Saturday experience from my otherwise busy day. Kudos to the kitchen staff - the food is consistently delicious! And hats off to the front of house staff who are always so friendly and helpful! Shout out to Dahlia and Clare! Great to see Sophia back in the house! Keep up the outstanding work, everyone!

Would not recommend ordering from Uber Eats. One slice of turkey bacon for 2.45 is just arrogant. Couldn’t believe it when I opened the box. Omelette was tasty, but very cold. They don’t seem to have a smart delivery system in place. I had a much better experience in person.

I haven’t tried their breakfast and salads yet. Their cakes and coffee are excellent. The place, especially the upper floor is pleasant, peaceful, and enjoyable. Watching people pass by on the street while sipping coffee feels like therapy. I’ll come again to try their breakfast.

I witnessed one of the workers doing something totally unhygienic, which is unacceptable in a place that serves food and drinks. I brought it to the manager’s attention, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, he was beyond rude. His tone was dismissive and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The lack of basic respect and cleanliness here is shocking. I won’t be returning.

Honestly, this Aroma location is disappointing, not because of the brand or its setup, but because of the staff. The employees are consistently rude and dismissive. When I asked where the milk was, Sophia responded with passive aggression, then called me “stupid” to a coworker. That’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager, Antonio, was more focused on flirting with staff than addressing the situation. This is no way to run a professional establishment.
Love their coffees , a very good date spot in downtown oakville. there’s usually long students studying at the cafe, but it’s not so noisy.

Absolute horrendous service exemplified by an over bearing and cold hearted owner. Was with family for a coffee and while we waited in line he berated my mom for having a birthday cookie she had made with her. Despite being told it was not being eaten and rather being given as part of a gift he continued to miss the message and stayed rooted in his unwavering anger. Long time customers and will never return. The only “aroma” here is a lack of valuing customers.
