I love Bar Burrito because, unlike other places, they don’t charge extra for additional toppings, which allows me to try a variety of ingredients. I also appreciate that when they say something is spicy, it is. This particular store stands out to me because the staff are always friendly, and they consistently serve generous portions—whether it’s a burrito or a bowl, they really pile it on. The big portions and low cost make me feel like my money goes further—definitely a great value for what I’m getting.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Ordered the chicken quesadilla through door dash today. The quesadilla was only chicken and cheese. It looked nothing like the photo. No red and green peppers in the quesadilla. Cheese toppings, sour cream and salsa all MISSING. The only thing they got right was the fries. That cost me almost $5 for that small container. I get more fries from McDonalds for $4. Spent almost $30 via door dash. Completely pathetic.
If you guys think you can get away with cheaping out on food delivery because there is no accountability, you're wrong. Your head office will contact you about this. Your restaurant needs to focus on customer service. You don't want to rip off your customers because there is such a thing as reviews, ratings and reputation. Do not order from this BarBurrito in Oakville. In fact, if you order from DoorDash you can't control which location so just stay away from this restaurant chain altogether.

New ownership is subpar with service. I used to come here all the time and the quality/service was impecable. Service has gone downhill since new ownership has taken over. Order is never ready when it should be. I will not be returning.

The wait to order was too long. They don't have proper coverage for the lunch hour rush. Ordered crunchy chicken bowl... was waaayyy too salty! You have to ask for veges to be put on as double! Paid $17 for this and could not even finish due to excessive saltiness!
