They did not have guac. How can barburrito not have guac? Would have been fine except the employee did not mention the lack of guac until after I placed half my order. I would have just gone somewhere else but instead I was stuck with the food I had already ordered, minus one very key ingredient. Obviously not a huge deal, but disappointing and there should have been a sign or something at the counter.
I ordered a crunchy chicken bang bang bowl and the chicken is drier than ever, you can tell from the picture that barely any bang bang sauce was put on the chicken when they are supposed to be tossing the chicken in the sauce to make sure it’s all coated. Not happy about this.

Today (July 6th) at 2:03pm my mother went to this restaurant to order food and the staff working there was very rude. She didn’t acknowledge her when she entered and after my mother said hello to her multiple times to place her order the lady ignored her repeatedly and continued on her phone. The lack of customer service is unacceptable and disgusting.
