Terrible customer service. As soon as I bought an ice cream, my daughter accidentally dropped a topping and the lady did not want to give an extra. They prefer to lose customers than spending a few cents to make a child happy. Don’t recommend this place and will never come back again.

You are an ice cream business & you can’t invest in proper trays . I was disappointed , I dropped one of the ice creams that I have purchased & had to pay for another one. When I asked them for the customer service number they refused to give it to me and said to find it online

Dont go to this location!! This location at upper middle and 8th line in oakville is charging more as compare to location at lake shore rd. Double scoop at lake shore rd is $7.46 while at this location it is $8.49..... whenI asked why you are charging more, the guy said every location has a different price (which is weird) .... I said why should I come to this location? the guy in front was very RUDE, instead of give me professional reasoning, he said ITS YOUR CHOICE!!! What a way of dealing customers. Baskin robbins and this franchisee should take notice of this location.

The ice creams at Baskin Robbins are undeniably tasty and always a treat. However, my recent visit was marred by the unfriendly staff. They seemed disinterested and even had weird expressions while processing my order. This really took away from the overall experience.

Very terrible experience at this store with the 2 ladies. I was there to pick up my cake, and also bought 2 single-scoop ice cream. I showed them the coupon code at the first time but they forgot to scan it. I realized that 2 mins after I left the store so I called them. The ladies told me I have to purchase another 2 scoops to use the coupon code and they are not refunding me the extra amount they charged on me!!!

This PLACE IS A SCAM! $12.41 for a double scooped on a plain cone. No extra sprinkles, nuts or accessories involved. Don't tell me your fixed and variable costs are out of control. Literally besides Swiss Chalet and have one employee. Also owner is super rude was yelling at a dad INFRONT of their kid. 0 stars.
