(Update) The store called us directly and mentioned the sprinkles were free. We feel like this still doesn't change the fact that it felt like a sloppy attempt at decorating the cake. Updating to 2 stars instead of 1.

I ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins for my daughter’s birthday and paid extra for sprinkles. What we received was a major disappointment. The cake had barely any sprinkles, and the decorative writinf was sloppy and looked rushed.

This was supposed to be a special treat for my daughter’s big day, but it ended up being a letdown. If I’m paying extra for something, I expect the quality and care to reflect that. Unfortunately, this was far from what we were hoping for.

Thoroughly disappointed and hesitant to order from here again.

Belated post - got so many compliments on this cake. Customer service at this location was stellar! The employee (a young man, I wish I got his name!) went above and beyond and created a custom design for my daughter's cake. We wanted flamingoes, and he definitely met our vision! It tasted delicious as well (birthday cake flavour). Thank you so much! :)

There’s no place to sit and enjoy your ice cream, making it feel like they don’t want you near their shop. It’s as if they just want your money and for you to leave as soon as possible.

Ice cream is good but they charged extra for the spoons (kids were sharing). First of all, I’ve never seen that with any ice cream place or baskin/robins or any food facility for that matter. Secondly, it was charged as an extra ‘cup’. If you are going to charge for something, at least have it on your price list and not make stuff up along the way.

Beach day has been consistently out of stock for past 3 weeks and all my trips are wasted. The staff keeps giving wrong stock-in dates. Burlington location is much better and always has the stock

Incredible service- friendly staff! Amazing designs and writing in cakes . One of the staff (long brown hair) went above and beyond to give my 3 year old a little extra in the scoop!

Guys, go to a different branch. This has to be the most stingy location… I love BR and visit different branches all the time. Today I got triple scoop in a cup here for $11- the size is probably half of what other branches give. Never going back.

Had a bad experience. Sale man was rude and charged for the extra spooon that I asked for. (Had to share ice cream with toddler) other branches are much better
