If Consistency is key. Then this place has it nailed. This Restaurant has consistently gone downhill. From what used to be the best location in Oakville with lines to the street. A place that we used to frequent twice a week to a place we only went into because of the Santa Claus parade eight months since the last time we went.
They consistently don’t have their full menu available and are consistently missing parts of meals
They are consistently understaffed and the staff are not able to keep up or returned to your table to ask how your meal is until almost the end.
The cooking staff do not wear hair nets.
Hair has consistently shown up in our food, including this visit .
Most people have figured out that there’s no reason to go here anymore .

I’m just curious as to how a breakfast restaurant “ runs out of coffee “ ? Are you kidding me, I saw at least three other groups leave because of this. It was explained up front, before seating.
Go across the street to the grocery store and buy some!!
My skillet was ok , coffee ? TBD , I had to go to the kitchen to rustle up my waitress for my bill, which someone else also appreciated. I found it to be pricey for a basic breakfast, even though it is located in one of the richest neighborhoods in Canada. The coffee thing is why I’m writing this six hours later.

I never write reviews, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The food itself was actually quite good, but the service completely ruined the meal. I received the wrong order, and when I politely pointed it out, the server insisted that I had said something different, even though everyone at my table clearly heard what I actually ordered. I would never have ordered what she brought out, and I didn’t touch it because it wasn’t what I wanted.

Instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, she blamed me and offered no compensation. Later she came back and said she could “adjust” the bill to charge me for a cheaper item, but when we got the check, it turned out she’d only reduced the price by one dollar. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Good food can’t make up for being treated rudely and unfairly. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning as there are plenty of other brunch spots with great food and respectful service.

Breakfast was good, not sure if all the places of the chain are good. Benedict not the best, but good enough, lots of ice pieces in my bowl though. And the lady behind us was Sooo loud, we couldn't say a word not to hear her.. It wasn't really pleasant to be there. Not on cafe, but now I know all about her boyfriend 😂

Had a great brunch on a Wednesday about 11AM, wasn't too crowded had our choice of seating area. Meal was great. We had the Western Omelet, and the Crispy French Toast. Lots of food on the plate. I modified the menu by requesting no hazelnut chocolate or caramel on my French toast using syrup instead. The French toast was half the thickness of a traditional slice but the taste more than made up for size, awesome flavour for a sweet tooth. Plenty of attention on topping up our coffees. Great place, thumbs up. Small plaza has limited parking in front.

Disappointed that the management decided to add vinegar to the ketchup & water to the baked beans.
I’ve been coming here since it first opened and has been thru several ownership changes.
The menu is very inspiring but today I was disappointed. Baked beans are a Brit staple. No self respecting Brit would add water .. they were inedible.
Everything else was good but the ketchup had me puckering up.
I get it, costs are high profits are low for restaurants. But you’ve cheapened out on the fundamentals. If you continue with this practice you’ll be losing customers.
Please stop

Enjoyable brunch style of restaurant with a diverse type of menu that delights the palate. The prices were reasonable, a little bit above the regular brunch restaurants, and the service was friendly and quick. I enjoyed the food and was impressed with the service.

I was treated to a bottle of exploding ketchup that sprayed all over my expensive clothes. Manager said he didn't care. Didn't offer apology or anything. Place is only mediocre to begin with.

Very disappointing. After watching 2 other groups have their order's taken when we came inside before them, I decided not to order food and go somewhere else with my family.🤷 Kinda made me feel like they were being racist and did not want to take our order. So they just skipped over my family.
