Never really liked their menu, no decent bowls or sushi rolls. My family like the place though. The last order had no wasabi, ginger or soya sauce. How incompetent must a sushi place be to not put any condiments in with the bag? How can you eat sushi without soya and wasabi?

I brought some good friends. The place was full of people at around 6:30 pm., but we could still have a good chat. The food was quite good. The portions were small but limitless. Do not be deceived by the "One Portion only" notice. you can order ten pieces by clicking the "+" sign ten times. I would go there again, probably with my wife, on Valentine's Day.

We had take away from here last Friday. Food was reasonably tasty but it was the smallest portions we have ever had in Canada. You needed a magnifying glass to find the prawn and chive dumplings. The lady at the front desk was brusque We will continue our search for great Japanese take away in Oakville

I ate here and had to be rushed to the emergency room by ambulance! Excessive sweating, vomiting and diarrhea! Dr. Said it was either listeria or echoli! Do not eat here!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing!!! The portions are not big but you can order a lot and all of them taste amazing!!! This is my second time here and definitely not my last!

Grandkid's fave place - bit of celebration re high school graduation and acceptance at University and 'just cuz' ! We ate, and we ate, and we ordered more, and more. What can I say? Those little portions and single bites quenched our appetite until we basically rolled to the car and home and into comfy clothing. No breakfast required morning after. Perhaps a bit pricey - set price of about $50/person incl. taxes (without tip). But great variety and well done. No shortage of food. Service was good. We didn't need to drive far - about 6 or 7 blocks. The grandkid LOVES Asian food - all happy. 90 minute eating limit in effect. Wheelchair accessible. Mall parking lot (free). Busy on Friday night!

We were quite excited to try another all you can eat drive-in sushi place - they’re usually quite fun and worth the $$ to support a local restaurant. Unfortunately, August 8 in Oakville was probably my worst experience with ANY restaurant… I generally don’t like to write bad reviews but I wished I would have known about these scammers. First - they refused to serve me water, even though I had purchased two drinks. Second - we came for lunch, but they charged us dinner rates. Third - they were rude and complained about having to work in the heat Fourth - it only took 10-15 min to get the food (which is not bad) but they never even asked us if we wanted anything (no check-ins like normal restaurants). Lastly - the bill came to $96 and change and they asked us for more tip when we gave them $140 AND the service was absolutely terrible!! I’ve been to other August 8 locations and this was by far my worst experience… Diners beware…

The worst Sushi meal or any meal we ever had. I won't step a foot there ever again. the Wassabi was mixed with another thing that it felt so diluted and smelled disgusting . the soya sauce smelled too. it's either old or diluted . Sushi wasn't properly made once you grab one it's a complete mess, Yuk. seriously disgusting Soggy , tune and salmon smelled very sour and old .
