I came here Aug 4, around night time, I ordered a wrap which was delicious.Service was not great because I was asked to have a seat which I refused because I had to make a private phone call outside.The person at the front seemed irritated that I did not want to be sat.I went outside and as I finished my call the person came outside and shouted in an unfriendly tone that my order was ready.I appreciate that the person came outside but it was not necessary nor was it necessary to shout at someone who gives you money for you to have a job in the first place.If for some reason you felt responsible for the food turning cold or that your store manager doesn't like customers waiting outside, make it clear that you don't offer take-out/to-go.

Hands down one of my favourite lounges in GTA. Chill vibes, great food, amazing staff (Nipu was very helpful!) and epic flavours.

This was my first time but definitely the last time. Ordered two sheeshas and a hummus and it was literally a spoon of packaged hummus, spread with a butter knife on a flat plate lol. Sheesha was very average.

This is the best place for shisha in GTA. Owners are so good. Service is upto the mark. Love visiting the place often. Shisha service is best and ice pipe is too good. I like the humas, masala fries and lemonade.
Went here for my friends bday, was a good vibe Ice hose shisha was great. A bit slow but they’re busy so it makes sense. Would recommend this place.

We arrived at place around around 11:15 with a group of my friends. The customer service was terrible. The food didn't arrive until 1:20. I took a bite of my dinner, respectfully I was unable to eat it since it was so bad. Even our beverages were only provided to us after 50 minutes of sitting there, which was just appalling service. This is not a location I would suggest at all! Owner's speech was slurred due to alcohol consumption. The owner was not friendly at all, I felt unsafe. It is obvious that this business does not care about its customers. Save both time and money! Around the Greater Toronto Area, there are a lot more welcoming shisha places.

If I am able to give this place 0 stars I would. Came in at 11:30 with a party for 12. Didn’t even receive any food until 1am. Terrible service all around. I had to get up myself to go to the back to get utensils and plates. Owner seems to be too drunk to manage a business properly. Beware before choosing this place. Will never come back here again.
