Definitely a fun looking place! Having been a fan of bubble tea for many years I had some expectations given such a nice location. Sadly, the drinks were just a dollar or two more expensive than average and the roasted milk tea was mediocre. There was a bit of a wait (25 min total) and I regretted my purchase after chewing into the tapioca which was overcooked and all stucktogether at the bottom. Hopefully it has improved since I visited.

I’ve been to this location twice and I got the Mango Strawberry Green Tea which was amazing. The place was really clean and aesthetic. The girls behind the counter, welcomed me as soon as I walked in. They were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

We have been to this bubble tea place at least 10 times since we loving supporting our local businesses. When it first opened, I was telling everyone “this is the BEST bubble tea I’ve ever had!” As we continue our visits, the quality started to diminish. I think it may be because different staff makes the tea differently, and the proportions are not right, which causes inconsistency in the flavour. One time, my Original Boba Tea was WAY too bitter, that I had to ask for extra milk and sugar to offset it. This time I ordered a Taro Milk Tea, and it tasted more water down with very little taro flavour and more bitter. I really wanted to continue to support our local business, so I truly hope the flavour and quality will improve. Thank you!

I am very happy to have a bubble tea place downtown Oakville! And it is an excellent shop which makes it even better. Our drinks are always delicious and the menu selection is wide with everything from milk teas to fruit teas. The brown sugar tapioca and the caramel milk tea is my favourite. They have little cakes & pastries available too, the ones we tried were very tasty.

I’ve had many bubble teas in the past and after seeing these reviews I was really excited to try it since I work nearby. I’ve tried it 3 times now because I wanted to try more than one flavour before I made my decision on it. Honestly it’s okay, not the best bubble tea I’ve had. I’ve found the bubble teas to be watery and not very flavourful, the tapioca is cooked well just flavourless. I’m also not crazy about the fact that I can’t order a size small based on the type of drink you order. It was quite a bit of money to spend on the bubble tea and sometimes I can’t finish a whole medium sized drink and would prefer the small, but to be forced to pay for a medium just because of the flavour I ordered doesn’t seem fair. I’m giving 3 stars because the service was great and the store is designed nice and it’s clean, and the teas weren’t horrible, they’re just okay. I think I’d prefer to go to a different location in the future

I tried their original milk tea and I have to say that it has a really strong and rich taste. The ambience is good and they also provide board games/card games if you're coming with a friend's group. Highly recommend!
We were in the area and decided to order some bubble teas. Found a parking spot right outside the shop and went in to order for take out. It is a raining/snowing day so the cafe wasn’t busy at all. The girl helping us with the order was friendly and prepared our order of seven different drinks. After we got the order, we found out the our car’s battery died and we had to wait for roadside assistance to come to give us a battery boost. In the hour we waited in the car for roadside assistance, we had our bubble teas to enjoy which made the situation much more bearable. The snow was also coming down fast and heavy while we waited but our bubble teas kept us warm. ?

First of all, the place looks really clean and welcoming, the lady behind the counter was really nice, she was making another order when I walked in (probably for pick up as I was the only one in store), she greeted me right away and said she'll be with me in a minute, when she was done she apologized for the delay, which I thought was nice, it didn't take her that long but I felt she was thoughtful, it was my first time at the store and she was very helpful at explaining a few things.I got the Caramel Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Tapioca and the Very Berry Tea, both were really good, the Caramel one was slightly too sweet for my taste but I still quite enjoy it, next time I'll probably ask for 70% sweetness. I'll be back soon to try others.

We came here with super high expectations of the teas as the reviews were so good. I don’t know if it was an off day (Family Day holiday), but the teas we received were not very good. We ordered the OG milk teas with brown sugar boba and both the teas were extremely watery with none of that dense milky tea goodness.Also it took us literally 25 minutes from ordering to receiving our teas. +2 stars for how clean the place was, and the bubbles were also cooked well. -3 stars because it was definitely not worth the wait, nor the $15 for the mediocre teas. :(

First tried their bubble tea via Uber Eats. Immediately got attracted because they offer non-dairy option such as Oat milk, almond milk and soy milk, which is almost unheard of in most bubble tea places.Love their varieties and options. Thai tea tastes delicious.

I love bubble tea and I came across this place on Google maps! I came to check it out with my friends and I just gotta say the vibes are immaculate. The prices and the service are amazing! Might have problems with parking (if it’s hella busy) but don’t let that stop you. Would definitely come back here with friends again. Check out the picture for what we got!
