Very slow service. Sticky tables. Not so customer friendly. Kinda dead. On TV, A&W burger advertisements are going onn, despite they themselves sell similar stuff. I mean, management wise Zero. No wonder why brands like Cactus, Earls and KingTaps are being famous and busy all days a week. Boston is not able to adjust it’s vibe with the changing modern times.servers not even using trays to serve beers, literally serving it in hands. That’s not cool at all. Very disappointing experience. Not a very pleasing experience. U keep standing at host desk and nobody comes quickly to receive you. Then you keep sitting for 10-15 mins and nobody even brings a glass of water on your table. I mean, service ??? Where is that

Service was super slow, and the drink was diluted.

Good service. Lots of seating and screens +tvs. Food is as expected

This time it was Roop who made the difference, calm pleasing personality with a great attitude. Thank you for making it special. They said AC is on. Definitely not. Way too hot in here.

They made a mistake with our order and they ended up not discounting or reducing the mistake we order Mac and cheese and they took it out 20 min after the other food the server decided to lie to us as well because she forgot to punch in the order absolutely would not recommend

I WISHED! I can give zero stars, my family and I came to this location for a birthday party dinner, their food tasted very off to many of us, spoiled & inedible. 4 out of 9 people got food poisoning from here. BEWARE!!!!! come here at your own risk! I will never be returning here ever again.

Absolutely APPALLING service in the bar area. Service was rude, spit when she talk over our food and made the worst half ass attempt to fix my girlfriends cold pasta instead of sending a new fresh meal. Service is absolutely non existant at this location and it 100% shows. Where is the franchise owner here? Time for a bar rescue immediately.

This location doesn't even provide a plastic bag for your takeout. You guys are an absolute JOKE. Boston Pizza at Winston Churchill is 100% on it's way out.

Me and my partner came in to have a nice dinner on the weekend. We ordered drinks and food. When the food came out one of the chicken parmesan was cut down the middle and quesadillas had one corn each. I don’t get it what is this? Are we having portion control here???

Had a good experience at Boston Pizza. Tiffany was our host and her service was top notch. I had come for my pre birthday celebration and had a really great time!
