Just paid $10.29 for a reg pint of Coors Light on a Thurs at lunch.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

Great place for indoor dining! Excellent service, and Shikha made the experience even better with her friendly attitude and attention to detail. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Food was cold in the middle…..

Apologies, that my post above was not unclear, let me explain it like a toddler:

People like their hot food to be hot because that’s how it’s supposed to be! When food is hot, it tastes way better. Like spaghetti — hot spaghetti is yummy and saucy, but cold spaghetti is all sticky and weird. Or pizza! Hot Boston Pizza pizza is cheesy and melty, but cold pizza feels hard and kinda sad.

And chicken wings! Hot wings are super tasty and make your fingers all saucy, but cold wings? Nope, that’s just not fun. So when people say they want a hot meal at Boston Pizza, they mean they want it to actually be hot, not cold and droopy!

On October/10/2025 I ordered 2 - 8inch pizza from Boston pizza it cost me 45 $ i can’t believe for two small pizza you guys charge me 45$ also pizza was so dry that’s scamming, i will never ever order from Boston Pizza

Excellent service from Seif. He was one of the best servers we've ever had. He made our experience at Boston Pizza amazing. We had a large party with 6 kids during the Jays opening World Series game. He handled everything without any issues despite managing the whole restaurant for a while. His service was exceptional. I highly recommend this location mainly because of Seif. 👍🏼

Dropped by Boston Pizza in Oakville and was seriously impressed. The crust on the pizza was perfectly crisp, and the Whiskey Chicken Pizza I ordered? Absolutely next level rich, flavorful, and totally worth it. Great spot for a satisfying bite!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would，Our family lunch at Boston Pizza was absolutely exceptional, and that is almost entirely thanks to our server, Seif Abdelsalam.

From the moment we sat down, Seif made us feel so welcome. He wasn't just taking our order; he was genuinely ensuring we had a wonderful time. He greeted our children by name, made them laugh, and his kindness immediately put them at ease. It’s this personal, heartfelt touch that you rarely find anymore.

The food was, as always, delicious and cooked to perfection. But the standout was the service. Seif was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. He made excellent recommendations and checked on us just the right amount.

As parents, the free kids meal is a fantastic value that makes dining out so much easier. But what truly makes this restaurant a cut above the rest is the five-star service provided by team members like Seif. He turned a simple meal into a memorable family outing. He is an absolute gem and a huge credit to the Boston Pizza team.

We cannot recommend this location highly enough. Whether you're coming for a sports game, a family celebration, or just a great meal, ask for Seif’s section，you will be so glad you did.

I love going to Boston pizza, however the fish Taco at this location had like 2_3 tiny pieces of fish. I wished I had gotten something else. Not worth ordering.

I went to Boston pizza in Sydney n.s. in July.Had a wonderful experience.Great food great service.Thought I'd try this Oakville branch.Food was just awful. Waited 15 minutes or more for drinks.It wasn't busy.One of the orders was wrong.Had to remind waiter about drink refill.Got it after we finished eating.We won't be back.

SHAME on the owner not supporting the local community.

denied us food even though we were in well before closing and was very unapologetic about it, was really upset as i wasn’t going to order more than one appetizer (had said that) and they’re open sign was still displayed… overall bad customer service and handling of the situation

I’ve been coming to this location for a while and I’ve always gotten incredible service. I want to specifically shoutout Amanda, Jannae and Shannika. They’ve always made me feel super welcomed and take amazing care of all their guests in every interaction I’ve seen. I would recommend anyone around the area to check out this location for sure.

I had come with my friends and their children, We specifically asked for a gluten free pizza for my son, and asked multiple times to make sure they knew, my son was rushed to hospital as he is severely allergic to gluten, and we stayed in the hospital for hours on end, again my son asked her 3 times to make sure they make the pizza gluten free, I then double checked with the waiter so she knew it was gluten free, and we still got it with gluten. I then talked to the manager and the waiter too, complaining about this situation as it’s very sensitive and serious and all they said to me is “we are sorry” this situation is very serious, we don’t know the condition of my son yet and I am ready to sue this place, and I really recommend no one visits this place. Very unprofessional behaviour from both the waiter and manager. This is unacceptable, they handled this situation horribly. I am so angry and upset.
