Sad to see how far this place has fallen. We used to be regulars but we limit our visits since it’s gone downhill. Management is now young men with no experience, that are rude to staff and guests (we have witnessed this). The kid doesn’t even dress like a manager half the time. Seeing these men be so disrespectful to female staff members is disgusting. Apparently it starts from the owner and goes down the line, since he also has no respect for staff. I won’t be supporting this establishment any longer. The quality of the food has got worse and worse and I feel sorry for the good staff that is left. I have also seen the owner just walking around give people the ‘stare down’ as if he is wondering why people are in the restaurant. He has a mean demeanour and I feel sorry for the nice girls left working there.

As a loyal patron of Boston Pizza for six years, I've come to appreciate the consistent quality of their food and the welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets Boston Pizza apart is the exceptional service provided by staff members like Nina.During my recent visit, Nina went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. What stood out to me was her keen observation and genuine empathy. Despite the bustling evening rush, Nina noticed that one of my friends was feeling under the weather. Without hesitation, she discreetly brought over a cup of soothing herbal tea and offered a few comforting words. It was a small yet incredibly meaningful gesture that made a world of difference to us.Her overall compassion and attentiveness are what truly make her stand apart. Throughout the evening, she continued to check in on us, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her ability to anticipate and address our needs before we even had to ask is a testament to her exceptional customer service skills.Beyond her professional duties, Nina's kindness and genuine care for the well-being of her guests set a standard of hospitality that is rare to find nowadays. It's evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely values the connections she forms with patrons. Hence why I love coming back to this location in particular. In a world where genuine acts of kindness can sometimes feel few and far between, Her thoughtful gesture reminded me of the impact that small acts of kindness can have on someone's day even during an evening rush. So, if you're searching for a dining experience where good food is accompanied by heartfelt hospitality, look no further than Boston Pizza at Winston Park, where great staff like Nina redefine the meaning of exemplary service, even at a franchise.Thank you, All staff, for your extraordinary kindness and for making my visit to Boston Pizza a truly memorable one.PS: The cup of soothing herbal tea that was brought over miraculously seemed to cure my friend's ailment before our movie!Vegetarian options: Non Dairy Cheese.Dietary restrictions: Plant Based options.Parking: Large Plaza.

Tiffany with the blonde hair (who was bartending and serving in our area) didn’t once check up on my partner & I, nor did she ask how the food was after serving it to us— nothing. We came in at around 11pm and there was maybe 2-3 other parties surrounding us so it wasn’t busy at all, yet service was very, very poor…

The place was dirty and bathroom reacked of pee and the food was awful. Not sure if it's new management, I didn't see any management, just a single serve struggling with no help. My salad was wrong and came out the 2nd time still with bacon in it, so clearly they just picked out the pieces, the lettuce was brown and the cucumber slices was slimmy and routine. My husbands food was greasy and cold. Won't be back.

Nothing spectacular. Recently had their wings and fries. The fries tasted like they were cooked an hour a head. No crisp at all. Soggy and limp. The wings weren't great either. On the lighter side, not very meaty and more than a few bites were filled with fatty globs.Service was great - atmosphere is still pretty basic.

Dined in at restaurant on Friday night without a reservation. Not too busy. The booth was comfortable and spacious, and the service was very good. The server, Fallon was very friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was good, except for one of the main courses, Jambalaya Fettuccini. Approx 2/3 of the pasta were in clumps, at least 2-4 strands were sticking together on one end. The texture was very tough, and I could not eat most of it. It kind of ruined my dining experience. Tip for the cook: be more attentive and stir the pasta while it cooks, so the strands are separated. I don’t know if whoever plated the food noticed the clumpy pasta or not, if they did, they didn’t care to redo it. This is my second time dining at Boston Pizza in over 20 years. Maybe I will give this place one last chance in the far future and just order pizza next time, their specialty.

Just had to rate this location for providing the most kind and helpful service even though I wasn't a customer. I had to go inside this restaurant to request some assistance with an incident in the parking lot. Was greeted so nicely by the host who then immediately got the manager involved. The manager and the rest of the employees in this establishment were so helpful in a situation where they had absolutely no obligation to assist. I will definitely be coming back to dine with my family just because the genuine kindness of management and the staff here makes me want to be customer!

This location is worst. No one comes to the main counter to attend. We waited for 20 minutes and left the store. Bad service.

I visited Boston pizza after a few years now. The service was great and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The food however was a huge let down and they really need to up their game considering the evolving food scene in the city and some really great non-franchise options available nearby.I hope they can take some lessons from jack astors
