Visited this location for the first time yesterday. Was quiet for a Saturday but I enjoyed the calmness. We were taken care of by Hitaishi who was lovely; she was professional and displayed excellent customer service.
Ordered the Boston Brute handheld; it was decent but not as good as the other handhelds in my humble opinion. Would suggest replacing that option with another item.
Will visit again when the opportunity arises.

I had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, but the service was slow. Pasta was saucy, and pizza was sizzling hot, and it was absolutely delicious – the flavors were spot on, and the crust was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends. The variety on the menu is fantastic, so there’s something for everyone. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their dishes!"

Dropped in this evening and had tried the Spicy Shrimp Fettucini, firstly our server was amazing, but the dish was just not good at all. Neither myself nor my girlfriend could have more than a few bites before deciding we would not be continuing with it, the noodles were well-cooked but the "sauce" was extremely thin and acidic, think canned diced tomato juice. The presentation as well was very somber, just wet, slightly red noodles with no visible toppings. I dont honestly believe it was prepared wrong, maybe presented wrong but I don't blame the kitchen either.
But the food wasn't the entire experience, because after mentioning this to our server she did absolutely everything in her power to accommodate us, she offered to change the sauce and offered us a different dish, we were just too tired in the evening to accept, but she really tried ! We ended up just having it removed from the bill. She seemed genuinely disappointed that we couldn't accept something to go as an apology which was extremely sweet.
Long story short, the spicy shrimp fettucini is a no-go from us, but the service is worth a return trip.
