Big shout out to the manger on duty Saturday April 6th at 2pm and staff for taking us 20 ppl from hockey arena across the street we called in 15 min ahead and weren’t turned away saying 2 tables is good tooGreat service great food kitchen staff rocked all came out hot in a timely matter even though bar side was very busy we used jersey numbers to make the bills easierManager came over a few times to check on us as well as our amazing server !!!Great team work by all ???????

Worst dinner experience I have ever had at BP. Pizza was gross. Crust looked frozen. Worst part was there was a piece of SOS pad(metal) in my 8 year old daughters meal.To top it off, the server cane over at the very end of our experience when everyone had their coats ready and asked "how everything tastes so far"Never again.

By far the worst Boston Pizza I’ve ever been to. It’s located in the neighbourhood plaza so the only thing that works in its advantage is convenience/location. Otherwise, service & food are both horrendous. Amateur staff. Go across the street to Stout Monk, much smarter option with better food/drinks/service/atmosphere. I will never be coming back to this BP location again.

I ordered pick up through the app and was there 2 min before and ended up waiting 16 min after ready time. The excuse was “it was done for awhile but we forgot”. Horrible service. Food is cold. Was walked by the same one who served me when I walked in and he said nothing after 5 min.
