The food was ready for pick up and was nice and warm once we got it home. Disappointed with the quality of food, considering the cost. The food taste was quite bland across all of the dishes, unfortunately. Will likely not order from them again.
The food was ok. My problem is the pricing. I worked the Thanksgiving Monday. The family was meeting at my place for dinner so I picked up Chinese food at the lakeshore location. I went on the website and checked the menu to know how much I was spending. With tax my order came to $144.00. When I called and ordered for pickup I was told the order came to $192.00. When I questioned her I was told the prices went up. When I brought it to her attention the website does not say that I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I told her I couldn't cancel because I had 8 people waiting for dinner. I don't know if it will make a difference, but I doubt I will return to this take out establishment again. UPDATE: Dec 15/24 In response to the owners response. Your website should be up to date. Like any other professional business you should have your pricing updated and the same on your site as is on your menu or posted on your menu boards if you have them.
