Food and service was excellent! They have a new management sign so I am assuming that's why the food and service was much better than before. I got a cheeseburger it was super juicy and delicious

This location Is under new ownership and it’s a completely different experience being in there. I usually avoid this Burger Factory location because of its customer service, but my kids were really hungry so we popped in quickly last minute on our way home since everything else was closed. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. I then started speaking to the woman behind the cash and she told me they’re under new ownership and they’ve recently taken over this location. The food was fresh, the customer service was amazing today and they were so friendly. We live in the neighbourhood and this will be our new go-to.

I tried the funnel cake with Icecream.
It was over fried, very crispy and small.

I wouldn’t waist $14 on funnel cake there.

I was a big fan of burger factory till I tried Oakville location, worst service ever.
My advise if you care about your family and beloved ones I don’t advise. We ordered for our little ones and the girl was so careless and served them spicy meals which put my little girl in danger sever tummy ache with vomit the whole night .. when I called to complain the manager even donot know who was in the shift and the main office didn’t respond back . This location was closed previously for few months . I heard this because health related issues too ??? Not surprised at all

We placed an order for a beef burger and chicken sandwich online and went to go pick up our order. They ran out of chicken so they just canceled our entire order and didn’t attempt to let us know, we found out when we arrived. It was just terrible service, they got the rest of the order wrong and didn’t seem to care about it at all. The food was not terrible, but the service was not great. Too bad, probably could be a return spot if the service wasn’t so awful.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and drove to pick up. Only when I got there did I find they cancelled my order because it was “too busy”. I was the only person in the store. Turns out they didn’t have chicken filets or factory sauce so instead of contacting me, they just cancelled the order and let me drive all the way there. The cashier was rude and unhelpful and the food wound up being mediocre at best. I won’t ever get food here again.

We got there at 7:20 and they don’t want to give us service even though they close at 8 pm, super horrible service!

Don’t get me wrong. The burger was good. But the order came to 17 dollars and all I got was burger and pop. No fries!

I was left feeling unsatisfied. Still hungry. I guess I take combos for granted. Times have changed. You can charge 15 bucks for just a burger.

This made me feel like I wouldn’t go back.
Too bad you miss the memo a satisfied customer will come back time and time again.

Open tell 8 is open tell 8 the staff was out the door before 8 with food for the themselves but wouldnt serve 10 minutes before close.

Burgers are really good when you get them

We made an online order to pick up form Maple groove location, order went through with no issue and we we went to pick up we find out the store is closed and it is been closed since and they charged us and we did not get our meals ! No one answering the phone and this location is still close with no reason ?! What a fraud

The staff are very helpful. only issue I have is half the time I get the fries they are hard and can't bite into them.

Parking: It's at the maple grove shoping plaza and they have electric car charge station right outside the shop.
