First time eating here, went inside, order what appeared o.k on the menu,(chicken sandwich type item no sides). Paid 21dollars, before receiving anything, (pretty straight forward). I receive my purchase in a bag, didn't look at it, hoped it was right ( chicken sandwich is kinda hard to mess up). Get home , pull at purchase

I recently placed a large order from Burger Factory Oakville and everything was outstanding!

The food arrived fresh, hot, and very well prepared. I’ve tried both their beef and chicken burgers, and each one has been delicious – juicy, flavorful, and stacked with toppings. They definitely don’t hold back on the sauce, which makes every bite even better.

The fries deserve special mention as well. The seasoning is unique, very flavorful, and surprisingly addictive – it’s hard to stop once you start. The packaging was neat and organized, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, this location delivers on both quality and consistency. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This place came up on a random search for burgers. Really happy we came here. Ordered Classic, Nashville Hot Chicken, Grilled Chicken, volcano chicken and juicy cheesy burger. It was very good and the service was very nice. jashi and another lady served us.

Burger Factory has one of the best classic cheeseburgers I’ve ever had. The burger was super juicy, the cheese was melted just right, and the bun was soft and fresh. It wasn’t too fancy, but everything tasted really good together. The fries were awesome too — super crispy and not too salty. If you’re just looking for a solid burger and fries that actually taste homemade, this place is definitely worth trying.
