Burger Factory - Oakville

In town for kids hockey tournament. Stopped in for a burger. It was delicious. Better than i expected. Also got onion rings, they were great as well. Staff was friendly and business is clean.

I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats and picked it up from the restaurant. When I got home, I realized that one item was missing, so I had to drive all the way back to get it. Once there, I also had to wait while they prepared the food that was forgotten.

I was not planning to leave a review, but after realizing that the food quality was not good, I decided to share my experience. Unfortunately, the fries were not fresh and seemed like leftovers.

I understand that mistakes happen, but this situation cost me extra time, gas, and quality family time. By the time I returned home, the food was cold and no longer enjoyable.

Crispy chicken burger for 10.99 is not a chicken patty, just two chicken fingers, disappointing. Ordered onion rings for 6.99, got 5 onion rings total and they were not very big. Server was very nice though and restaurant atmosphere is clean and modern.

The food I tried on Friday was really delicious. There was an Indian gentleman working that day—I’m not sure of his name, but he’s an excellent chef and his customer service was amazing. I came again today and there was lady working, but I really prefer the gentleman because he made my experience so enjoyable. Honestly, I come back mainly because of him.

We visited the Burger Factory Oakville location and had an excellent experience. The food was so delicious, and we really enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. I also want to give a special thanks to SAM, who served us — he made our meals perfectly and provided great service.

First time eating here, went inside, order what appeared o.k on the menu,(chicken sandwich type item no sides). Paid 21dollars, before receiving anything, (pretty straight forward). I receive my purchase in a bag, didn't look at it, hoped it was right ( chicken sandwich is kinda hard to mess up). Get home , pull at purchase
