Why is a whopper $8.99 here when it's $7.99 everywhere else? And they barely take part in any promotions.

They closed early because they wanted to leave early. Live in Milton and traveled far to this one because there's no burger king in Milton. They closed early and wouldn't let us in and were cleaning it. Door said 10pm, online said 10pm, my watch,phone and world time said 9pm. Very disappointed and my daughter was upset, she wanted the new train your dragon meal and I wanted to try new items they had.

Burger taste is as usual.. But the washroom is very smelly and dirty. Seems Staff doesn't clean the washroom a while.

All I asked for was 2 whoppers and a large fry and barbecue sauce. I reminded her 3 times for the barbecue sauce, where she assured me that she got it. I went home checked the bag, and what a shocker, the barbecue sauce wasn’t there. I know its not that serious but how hard is it to get barbecue sauce??

I do not normally frequent fast food restaurants let alone do reviews. This location is the exception. This Burger King is well run, immaculate, with excellent food and customer service. The staff are patient and very helpful. We repeatedly go back and it is always a great experience. The two gentlemen on the counter at lunch time on August 31, 2024 are a credit to the business. The way they acted I was sure they were the owners. Recommended

I can understand when it can be short staffed and slow at times but every single time I've come into this restaurant it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes for me to get a singular burger not to mention it's another 10 minute wait for someone to actually be at the cash to take an order. The customer service is just so poor at this place.
This location is completely ripping people off. I ordered 4 jr whoppers with cheese and got charged $5.56 extra for cheese on the burgers. That's $1.39 for each burger that's crazy. Other locations only charge .50 for cheese and jr is $4.69, so with cheese it's $5.19. At this location it's $4.99 plus cheese so you pay $6.38 that's a big difference Never coming here again . The lady at the cash register told me your paying for double cheese but only getting a single slice . Somethings wrong with this place .

Do not go to this location. The customer service is a absolutely shocking. I understand mistakes can happen, but it's how restaurants respond to them that shows you who they were. My order was simple enough. Four jr whoppers heavy all. When I received my food there was only two. Fine. That's a simple mistake. I was charged for the heavy all. Again. Fine. But the burgers clearly weren't not dressed heavy all even though I have been charged for it. Now I have to come into the store and deal with this. The simple and easy fix would have been an apology and the meal on the house. If only it was that simple. I had to argue just to get a refund and still left with our food. The manager was zero help in this situation. As someone is the restaurant industry. I would not want her being the face to the public in any resgayi worked in. I will never return to this location and will never recommend it to anyone. Do not eat here.
