Yes this not bad it has good food 🥘 advanced sofa machines and more, but I recommend the store to get better furniture and better serves. Also they don’t have wifi😭

I just went to order a combo from the app after receiving an Email with 4 offers. When I opened the app, all the offers were expired and the new ones were not there. I explained to the person at the Drive Thru, ( looked like the manager) and he said there was nothing he could do for me, even though I showed him the Email. That's poor customer service if I ever saw it. And he let me leave without a similar offer, or as a manager to Promo something. I will not be going back.

This location consistently fails to fulfill orders accurately; the chicken fries are frequently overcooked or undercooked. Invariably, this location always makes you drive around to the front to collect food, which does not impact their drive-thru time.

The drive-thru attendant was unprofessional and did not allow us to finish our order, repeatedly telling us to drive up instead. We left the drive-thru and went inside to place our order. Inside, the cashier was handling money with plastic gloves and then immediately touching food without changing them. This is unsanitary and very concerning.

I had a really unpleasant experience at Burger King recently due to the rude and arrogant behavior of the manager. From the moment I approached the counter, I was met with a lack of basic customer service. The manager I interacted with seemed uninterested and even dismissive of my concerns. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but this behavior was beyond unprofessional.
Instead of addressing my questions or concerns politely, I was met with condescending remarks. It felt like my presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. For a brand like Burger King, customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I want to return.

I went in for some protein. The food is not as filling as it used to be for under $7, but the staff make up for it with hospitality and accommodating in small ways that they can. A woman at the register (Hareshdeep, I believe) was polite and helpful with my tiny order, and THAT is enough incentive to return if I’m in the area again.

Taking advantage of deals is the only I can buy anything at any branch, and even then I see the tiny chicken slider and small fries being the new norm for around $5. A meal fit for a 9yo.

this place smells so bad, as if there isn’t no ventilation and no air conditioning. Literally as soon as we opened the door we noticed the bad smell.

Brought my child here because was a play place? With an OPEN SIGN
Located inside the play place.
The play place is not open. Management has no idea what’s going on. If your not going to reopen it then take it down, your letting down the hopes of every child that comes here but nobody cares as long as your sales are good. This is disgusting

Came here had a coupon. Asked for fresh food. The burger was not fresh. It was dry and the bun was so dry. Not happy at all. The burger king at Dixie mall was 💯 better. I expected more. Very disappointed
