Terrible experience. I haven’t seen a Burger King this dirty in a long time. The chairs and seats are torn, uncomfortable to sit on, and the whole place feels neglected. Tables are sticky, trash on the floor — it looks like no one bothers to clean at all.
The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. After waiting for a long time, I even received the wrong order.
The restroom was the worst part — absolutely disgusting. Dirty, bad smell, and the sink is so inconvenient that it’s almost impossible to use. It’s clear that no one checks or maintains it.
I do not recommend this location to anyone. Burger King should be ashamed — this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable for such a well-known brand.

I tried the Burger King at 240 Wycroft again after staying away for a wile, and honestly it was a mistake. I really like Burger King in general, but this location is probably the worst one in Oakville.
My burger came with the bun smashed and with what looked like mold on it. The fries were horrible, they tasted old and had this dirty, old burnt-oil flavour. I couldn’t even finish them. I’m still feeling sick after eating there.
It’s sad to see a franchise run this poorly. The place feels like nobody cares about quality at all. And on top of everything, I paid $70 for three burgers with fries and Coke, which makes it even more frustrating.
Never going back to this location again.

Burger King is that classic spot that always comes through. I got the Whopper with fries and a drink — fresh, hot, and satisfying. The flame-grilled taste on the burger hits different, and the portion size was perfect.
Service was quick, everything was made right, and the food actually looked like the ads (rare these days). Sometimes you just need that BK fix — and today it delivered.
