Staying at the hotel for three weeks and giving it a try for my first night, at least tried to. Stood by the waitress who was punching something in, she looked up but decided to ask a seated customer if he wanted his bill and to come stand in front of me to pay. She then looked up and decided to get food from the back rather than actually acknowledge I was standing there the whole time. Got Wendy's from down the street instead

Ordered a Panko Fish Sandwich for takeout with a salad. Provided a very large tip, but instead got battered fish with fries. Even though she did give me a salad with it, this was not my order and quite disappointed. Won’t be tipping again. Asked me if I wanted ice with my drink, and a glass had to wait 5-10 minutes for it, even though I was sitting at the bar and she already provided the drink. Not sure why she decided to do so many different things last night between asking me to pay upfront before I received my order. Pretty disappointed with her service in the end. Staying for a couple days here and will try another waitress who gets the order right and doesn’t make me pay upfront only to get the wrong order.
Well they didn’t expose the theory, I did discover how fantastic the burgers are! Anna's exceptional hospitality and kindness greatly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend visiting!

Consistently friendly & excellent service by Anna every morning of my frequent stays at the Holiday Inn. Anna is unfailingly pleasant, warm and courteous, and her service is top-notch. Anna is one of the reasons this hotel is such a comfortable place to stay, and why I choose this hotel over all the others in the area.
