I went in to grab lunch for my family, and the worker was on the phone. I didn't mind as I was still browsing my options. She turned away and continued for five minutes. Once she realised that I wasnt leaving she finally hung up.. she was rude when she finally allowed me to order. I should have left. It got worse, she handled cash and food. I won't be returning as the quay of food was also lacking. And to the owner, my visit was on Tuesday around two p.m.

5 years ago I cussed you guys out for handling money with soaking wet plastic gloves covered in sauce and then going back to wrap my burrito with the exact same gloves.

What do you do today? The same shit. The owner is such a nice guy too.. he really cares about the place. Shame I never see him anymore. Would love his email.

I see another comment about a spatula that was dropped and reused and I totally believe it.

Standard health practices not being followed *to say the least*... if you're handling coins and bills why not change your gloves? What else am I NOT seeing?

Ordered chicken quesadilla. Not enough cheese to hold it together. Black beans (an option) were undercooked and hard.

Should have read the reviews.r buy one get one deal on Uber eats. Fell for it when I should have read the reviews first.

The burrito is tiny. It was a bean burrito with no meat, even then they cheaped out on the bean massively ; there were no jalapenos is ordered and also no salsa whatsoever.

On top of that, they used white tortillas when I had ordered whole wheat.

Uber only gave me 1.09 to make up for this laziness/nonsense.

Don't go here , it's a waste of money. Don't burn your cash in dumpster fire restaurants like this in this economy!

When you walk in here, the classic statement is true, they invest in the food! Absolutely amazing service (usually just 1-3 people working), quality of the food is amazing, taste is excellent. Glad to support a local business (they have multiple locations in the Golden Horseshoe area, the one I go to is the Royal Windsor Drive, Oakville one). Pick up one of their stamp cards, because chances are you will be back!

It worth the move.

Got 3 steak tacos. All the meat was all dried up and stale like it was days old. Seriously it was just plain gross, I took 2 bites of 1 taco and threw the rest away.

Service was unfriendly, the server looked bored and depressed.

And the place was super dirty.

Never coming back here again.

I hate making reviews. However, this place disappointed me. The steak was mush, if I wanted mushy steak I would’ve ordered a subway steak sub and even that would be much better. I would even eat their fake tuna over this.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a very long time but first and last time I go there. Have yet to find a place to replace Habanero Taqueria.

We just left that restaurant, and I can't shake off the disappointment I feel about the experience. The young woman working there was incredibly kind and attentive, which made it all the more difficult for me to express my dissatisfaction with the food. Unfortunately, I had to politely inform her that the meal was inedible and I would like a refund.

My son, wanting to spare her feelings, hesitated to say anything, even though he had already stopped eating his burrito after discovering a long hair intertwined with the food. It was such an unpleasant surprise that he lost his appetite completely. As for my daughters, they shared similar sentiments; their meals were entirely inedible.

The overall quality of the food was abysmal. There was a distinct lack of flavor, making every bite feel like a chore rather than a pleasure. The vegetables seemed far from fresh, with the tomatoes in particular appearing aged and unappetizing.

Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant left much to be desired. The decor felt outdated and unkempt, creating an overall atmosphere that was neither inviting nor comfortable. It was such a letdown, and I can't help but feel frustrated. What should have been a nice outing ended up being a very disappointing and unsettling experience.

I visited there for uber order their service was fantastic only one person was working but she was like Fast and Furious. I recommend this for fresh burritos.
