This place is a hidden gem in Oakville! The food is simply outstanding—authentic Turkish cuisine at its best. We ordered the Royal Bursa, Iskender Kebap, and Doner Salad, and all three dishes were exceptional. For drinks, we had the Ayran, Turkish coffee with grape juice, and Turkish tea. The Ayran was incredibly fresh, and the Turkish coffee with grape juice made for a delightful combo. Overall, it was a fabulous experience. A must-visit spot, and I'll definitely be back soon!

We had the worst experience here. Tried beef donar kebab. It wasn’t really good and there was a smell in the beef as well. We asked the waitress that there is a smell but they didn’t even care about it and they told us that it’s always like that. We are sure it was spoiled meat.
Its very pathetic that we are being told we finished the meal. I still have the meal and I can bring it any time for you to check. I told the same thing to waiter and she didn’t even bother to check

I was looking for more homemade and lighter food options when I found this place, and I definitely plan to come back. The soup of the day was delicious and reminded me of a dish from my country. I had never tried Turkish food before, I really liked what I ordered, and the portions were good. I went with my nephew and found options for him. The pistachio dessert was incredible, and the staff was very kind. The place is very clean and beautiful. There were so many options that I wanted to try definitely plan to come back.

Bursa Kebab House seems to have forgotten that it is in Canada. Like in Turkey, the portions are very small and they bring each product for tasting. We pay for that meal, but you don't give it to your benefit. If you continue like this, you will lose many customers.

I was very happy with the cleanliness, the quality of ingredients, the service and all. It’s just that it’s a bit on the expensive side. I paid $10.49 for a tiny cup of lentil soup before tax, $39.99 for Iskander Kebap and about $25 for meatballs- not much meat though, the portions are relatively on the small side. Photos are attached for reference.
Edit: my order from today has a cup of bean salad for $13.45. I’m so disappointed
