Wish I bought more. Super nice guy, and very nicely roasted coffee to boot. Was just driving through and wanted a unique coffee, found them on Yelp. Even though machines weren’t operational, he was super nice and made us a pour over. Amazingly friendly to chat with. And love the coffee. Bought a bag of light-roast, and produced a nice and bright cup of coffee (even without my specialized equipment since on the road). And the micro-lot medium-roast was very very well balanced. Easily surpassed my expectations.

We came to drink some coffee and meet up. It turns out, they do not yet offer that, you can purchase all your special coffee beans. But regardless they insisted to make a coffee for us, with their awesome tasting roast.

Amazing coffee! Amazing customer service! The only complaint is why you are not open on Sunday! I usually visit Oakville on Sundays, I wish I could have my supply then.

We are Americans who stumbled onto this place because we were looking for a bathroom while traveling. The place was so clean and the guys were super nice. We bought a bag of medium-light coffee while we were there (the machine was down so we couldn't get cups of coffee). After getting back home and trying the coffee - it is SO good! We wished we bought more. Our only complaint? We can't buy coffee online because they don't ship to the USA. ? Please add this so we can buy more!

Carvalho has a fantastic selection of coffee, knowledge staff, they roast in house some of the best coffee I’ve been able to find in all of ON. The customer service is exceptionally fantastic. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Wayne takes the time to explain the process of how he selects the best quality beans, roasts them with attention to detail, and brews with care.

I found Carvalho on google originally looking for a higher quality espresso bean as a gift for my fiancé and we now order every 3-4 weeks on a schedule for over a year. When we receive our orders in the mail, the beans are roasted no less than a week before the current date!

The owner Wayne is awesome to communicate with! Recently, he called me to verify my online order when it differed from all my previous consistent orders. I’ll give you a hint, I messed up placing the order!

We cant wait to visit Carvalho in person when we travel and put a face to the name. Thank you for all the amazing service

The place is industrial and not on the beaten path - great spot for an authentic coffee roaster experience!!! Great spot if you're waiting for your Oakville Drive test ticket to be called 😀
