Great product

What a great find! I was in Oakville for a physio appointment on June 10th, and I searched Coffee Shops on my GPS. The usual suspects (Tim's, Starbucks, etc) showed up on the list but so did Carvalho Coffee Roasters. As I love to check out new coffee beans I headed over to see them, and it was worth the trip!

I believe I met the owner, but whomever he was was incredibly nice and friendly. I told him how I found him and said I was looking for a coffee. He said he couldn't sell a cup at this time but offered me a free Americano, the Peaberry Espresso blend, and it was delicious.

I picked up a bag of the same beans to take home with me. I made my first one this morning with an Aeropress and it was outstanding.

Definitely a must stop! I love supporting shops like this!

I recently visited “Carvalho Coffee Roasters” to purchase coffee beans for a charity coffee salon hosted by “Mindful Peace”, a nonprofit organization. Wayne, who assisted me, was not only incredibly kind and passionate but also deeply generous. When he learned about our cause, he generously donated two bags of freshly roasted beans to support our event!

The coffee was a “huge hit” at the salon prepare meeting —everyone loved its “well-balanced flavor and smooth profile”. It was the perfect companion for meaningful conversations. Beyond the outstanding quality, what truly touched me was Wayne’s warmth and goodwill. His generosity added so much value to our gathering, and I hope to share both his coffee and his spirit of kindness with more people.

Thank you, Carvalho Coffee Roasters (and especially Wayne!), for your amazing coffee and big heart. You’ve gained a loyal supporter, and I’ll definitely be back!

Wish I bought more. Super nice guy, and very nicely roasted coffee to boot. Was just driving through and wanted a unique coffee, found them on Yelp. Even though machines weren’t operational, he was super nice and made us a pour over. Amazingly friendly to chat with. And love the coffee. Bought a bag of light-roast, and produced a nice and bright cup of coffee (even without my specialized equipment since on the road). And the micro-lot medium-roast was very very well balanced. Easily surpassed my expectations.

Very friendly people.
We came to drink some coffee and meet up. It turns out, they do not yet offer that, you can purchase all your special coffee beans. But regardless they insisted to make a coffee for us, with their awesome tasting roast.

Amazing coffee! Amazing customer service! The only complaint is why you are not open on Sunday! I usually visit Oakville on Sundays, I wish I could have my supply then.

We are Americans who stumbled onto this place because we were looking for a bathroom while traveling. The place was so clean and the guys were super nice. We bought a bag of medium-light coffee while we were there (the machine was down so we couldn't get cups of coffee). After getting back home and trying the coffee - it is SO good! We wished we bought more. Our only complaint? We can't buy coffee online because they don't ship to the USA. ? Please add this so we can buy more!

Carvalho has a fantastic selection of coffee, knowledge staff, they roast in house some of the best coffee I’ve been able to find in all of ON. The customer service is exceptionally fantastic. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Wayne takes the time to explain the process of how he selects the best quality beans, roasts them with attention to detail, and brews with care.

Highly recommend whether you are a casual coffee drinker or an aficionado with a refined palette.
