Was biking back to Toronto from Niagara Falls and pretty much about to fall over my handle bars. Friend and I saw a pizza place but it looked sketchy so we looked around and saw Casa Mia. I figured I’d get a couple empanadas quick but the owner brought me through the whole menu and said we can do this quick or this or this. I was kind of being a dick cause I was so hungry. So we got the yuca fries. Potato chicken salad . And carne stir fry. All of it was amazing and I’m not just saying that cause I was rabid. They were really nice and it was a laid back good energy place. Some people chilling doing karaoke. A few locals I assume having a snack and a beer. Anyway, I’m rambling. It was a saving grace and delicious food !

I was craving for some Spanish food, home style and stumbled on this location for lunch.
I ordered the braised lamb shank which was scrumptious, made the way I make at home, and my hubby had pickerel which was also very good.
The portions were generous. No room for dessert. When in the neighbourhood, we’ll have to have dessert.
What made this place special for us, was the interaction the owner had with us as well as with other people that were also dining at the time, this is something, you do not experience in other restaurants.

Delicious traditional Peruvian food in a quaint family run restaurant near Bronte and Lakeshore. We got the mixed ceviche, beef stir fry, and crème caramel for desert, all of which were to die for. When we ordered the ceviche, the owner also came by our table just to check we knew what we were ordering, since it contains raw seafood, which was a nice gesture. All in all a very tasty and friendly restaurant. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

A true gem in Oakville. The food is hearty, delicious and will quickly become a favourite. The owners are sweet and so welcoming.
Their tres leche is hands down the best I’ve ever tried.
Tried this place for some Peruvian food and was really impressed! The Peruvian paella was amazing—a must-try. It was my first time having ceviche, and it was pretty good. I also really enjoyed the fried cassava—crispy and tasty, especially with the dipping sauce.
The beef stir fry was decent but not as impressive compared to the other dishes. That said, the fries that came with it were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, soft inside.
Great experience overall!

Anticuchos are not on the menú for some reason. Food taste was great for the ceviche mixto.
Tasty food, good portions
good food
Food was very tasty, however the service was extremely, extremely slow. When we asked for empanadas and the causa with chicken, they told us they were out of both. But then we saw a couple who came in very shortly after us order both and receive them. Not sure why they didn't want to sell it to us, it could be because we were the only non-spanish speaking family in there. We were confused and disappointed.
The food and service is incredible.
