Or will you be doing another booth in the Mississauga area?

I was able to sample Cathy's Kombucha at the Meaford Summerfest. I was very impressed after learning more about this product from Deek and his associate (sorry I can't remember her name). They delivered a case to me that very day. I just purchased another case today. My favorite(s) are Ginger Lemon and Ginger Peach.

It’s tasty, but I was alarmed to find out that they use tap water to make this ? Anybody in the health conscious space knows that tap water is absolute garbage. Loaded with fluoride, phytoestrogens, trace amounts of prescription meds and antidepressants, heavy metals etc... I asked twice to be sure, the young guy working the counter confirmed they use tap water.. 15 dollars for 750ml of kombucha is expensive, especially if you’re gonna make it from tap water.

I met Cathy at the local farmer's market. She let me try all their flavours and took the time to explain what makes her kombucha so much different from the stuff you'll find in the grocery store. Out in the rain or shine! Nano brewed in two-gallon glass containers. Not pasteurised, still has the live mother in each bottle. The origin story of how kombucha brewing from this family started pulls on your heartstrings. It’s usually a family member serving you samples at the market. Plus, they got the taste right. Best Kombucha l’ve had. My favourites are the seasonal Blood Orange, Ginger Peach, Vinnie’s Choice and Boysenberry - but all are great.
