I met Cathy at the local farmer's market. She let me try all their flavours and took the time to explain what makes her kombucha so much different from the stuff you'll find in the grocery store. I ended up buying a bottle of the Lemon Ginger and was quite impressed. It's great to see people in our area making such a great product. Cheers, Cathy!

Not pasteurised, still has the live mother in each bottle. The origin story of how kombucha brewing from this family started pulls on your heartstrings. It’s usually a family member serving you samples at the market. Plus, they got the taste right. Best Kombucha l’ve had. My favourites are the seasonal Blood Orange, Ginger Peach, Vinnie’s Choice and Boysenberry - but all are great.

I just tried this kombucha for the first time today, and only out of desperation because I was parched. My past kombucha experience was not good. Now I’M HOOKED! It’s delicious, non like other “vinegary” ones. So fresh and pure tasting. You hit it out of the park, ladies!
