We visited the shop on the afternoon of August 10th, and I am giving this review 1 star — not because of the quality of the drinks, but because of the appalling and utterly disrespectful behaviour of the staff.
We were a group of seven, and yes, we were a bit loud — we were simply enjoying ourselves while having our drinks. But instead of handling the matter professionally, the staff member at the counter shouted across the shop at us to keep it down. The tone was rude, aggressive, and completely uncalled for.
If the staff had any sense of basic courtesy, they could have politely requested us to lower our voices. Instead, the outburst made the entire experience uncomfortable, embarrassing, and downright unpleasant. The way the receptionist handled this situation was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of respect for customers.

Been here a couple times and I noticed that the self service machine automatically adds a tip percent on top of asking for a tip from customers. I don’t understand why that’s allowed or why you can’t remove it.

Came in today in the evening to celebrate my birthday with my daughters, and the 2 lovely girls running the store were so wonderful. The boba was delicious and they made our night very special. Thank you.

2025: Chatime has been disappointing lately. The drinks taste like sugar water with no flavor, they often make mistakes in my order, and the prices have gone up while drinks sizes and quality have reduced. In the video I added you can see ice in a drink where the label says no ice. I'm honestly just sick of this place.
2021: I have not been to this place during a non pandemic time so I have always ordered for pickup. The store is often busy but the order is usually ready very quickly and picking up the drinks is quick and efficient

Great space to study! Lots of seating, charging ports at every seat, kiosk ordering available, clean bathroom, and free wifi. Sometimes busy after school with lots of high school students.
The two guys in there seem to know what they are doing. However every time I go, there’s always a long wait time. I had to wait a total of over ten minutes for them to take my order and get my drink. They didn’t look like they were in a rush to make the drinks which is good that the drink turns out good, but bad that it takes a long time. The cashier guy is professional but I wish he was a bit more friendlier to customers and not a serious look on his face.
