Absolutely the worst chicken burger I’ve ever had, McDonald’s is 100000x better and that says a lot. Couldn’t even chew the chicken it was so stringy and hard, no flavor at all. Not even salt.

Had the 1st time visit to this place on 14th Sept around 8:30pm The staff Navpreet was the only staff multitasking .Kitchen & Cash doing both single handed. 👌 Taking in store orders and attending to online orders with a sweet smile 😊 that took me to write about her 🌟
Our order took 20min to get ready. Tandoori Sandwich and Royal wraps We also tried their in house sauce Awesome taste for both. We asked for extra pickles 🥒 in the warps 😋 .

I ordered the ChickQueen 4x4 Variety Pack and the order was completely wrong and very disappointing. It was supposed to come with 4 strips, but they were missing. I specifically ordered more breast and wings, but instead I got all dark meat that wasn’t even cooked properly.
On top of that, I also ordered a loaded fries, and what I received was just plain fries with 3 tiny pieces of chicken — no sauce, nothing. For the price, this is unacceptable. Very poor quality, careless preparation, and a waste of money. Definitely not ordering from ChickQueen again.

Store staff was very accommodating when I tried to special order off the menu. Their grilled option (vs. fried) is surprisingly delicious! Has just the right flavour and texture without the use of too much salt, definitely going to be my go-to option for a slightly more health-conscious indulgence.

Very good food. I had the Poutine Bowl. Delicious and prices were reasonable. I also like the fact that they are Canadian owned and chicken is sourced from Canadian farmers. Will be back.
This is yet another place that has persistently dropped in quality and is off my list. As soon as I entered the establishment, I could smell stale soaked cloth smell. The food that was suppose to come in 15 minutes took 50 minutes. I paid for fountain drink and got cans instead. They changed their menu and took out all family deals too. Its just one bad thing after another. Sorry chick queen, it was a good run but you are off the list. I would caution everyone.

The store closes at 10pm and the sign says open at 9:30pm. The staff said we aren’t taking orders in person at 9:30 because they had online orders they need to work on. Why let people inside the store and make them wait for no reason.
