this place used to be so good, I remember like 2 years ago I would come here to eat with my friends all the time. But now it completely fell apart, the food is disgusting and don’t get me started on the smell in there. The workers don’t care to clean the place either and nowadays they barely get customers. I am writing this review to try and get attention to these problems and hopefully drastic change.

Used to be so good and the spot for all. I don’t what happend it smells like crap, food is cold. Chicken was terrible and low quality, sauces suck, oily food and stinks in there. Doesn’t even smell like fast food and the saw lots of cross contamination issues.

Wet Coast Life

Hands down one of the most overpriced resteraunts for mediocre fast food. They basically took the value of the product they're selling and multiplied the purchase cost by 2-2.5x without adding any additional value that justifies this. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I waited 40 minutes for my order, only to get home and find out they gave me the wrong order. This place is an absolute joke. They have 1 person working during lunch hours. Very disappointing experience. Will not be coming back.

Terrible experience at ChickQueen Oakville. They had a buy 1 get 1 free deal, so I ordered 2 Nashville OG Heat and 2 Royal burgers. Instead of giving 1 Nashville and 1 Royal free, they charged me for both Nashvilles and said they can only give the cheaper ones free. Makes no sense at all. The girls at the counter didn’t understand simple math or logic. They also ran out of coleslaw and couldn’t refund. Food wasn’t even good, Nashville was dry and salty. Waste of money and time, not going back.

Food was phenomenal ! I got the new CQ Hot Box, it was fresh, crispy and very juicy. Only complaint is they asked my desired spice level and I don't think they spiced it at all, oh well. Chicken was amazing, coleslaw is pretty regular but a nice included side. Pickles were good too! Price is very fair, will definitely go back. Also, the lady who served me was very polite and very straight forward about wait time. She also told me she deals with a lot of rude customers even after she explains the wait to them which I don't understand at all. 100% support this place!!

Terrible management. Every single time. Order wait time is painfully too long. We ordered a four piece combo meal and its been more than thirty minutes and we haven't gotten our order yet. Horrible administration for making a single person do all the work and letting them handle it all. Stingy owners for no care and respect for customers.

their uber buy one get one deal says 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks and that it would be buy one get one free meaning 4 of each total. But when I got there i was told that it’s only 2 of each total. This is misleading both in text and picture.

On our last two recent visits, their fried chicken has been sold out. Today at 7:30pm! :o They're understaffed with just one person doing everything, even though that person is doing as well as she can.

Request to owner: hire more staff and give them access to provide refund. Customers can't wait for you to come to the store when they need a refund especially when the items they ordered are out of stock.
