Not going back to this place. The amount of meat they put in burrito bowls is laughable. Basically you end eating mostly rice

They need to have a designated person for clean up. All the tables were dirty. You had to clean a spot to sit down to eat, and it was a mess at the drink station. The food was good though and fast service.

Super quick and friendly service. Asked for extra rice and corn, the guy didn’t hesitate or judge. Would definitely come back!

This location is the worst, terrible. They rush their customers and the *portion sizes are VERY SMALL*. I would rate it zero stars if I could. Pure rip off.

The lady who was making the food ignored me repeatedly! When I asked a question she just dismissed me ... I asked if she had more lettuce, because it was very rusty and looked quite old. She said no that's all we have... as if I'm going to believe 1/3 of a container is all you have for the whole day. She then put the disgusting lettuce on top of my bowl after i said no i didnt want it... Worst chipotle i have ever been to. Maybe look into retraining your staff or hire better!

This is by far the worst location, the portion sizes are limited, the place is dirty, the staff is rude and PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE OTHER THAN INDIAN

place is run like a navy submarine, consistently i’m in and out within 2 minutes. You gotta beat the rush from the local schools but even then very quick to order. high traffic too so ingredients are made within the hour

This place is terrible, staff don’t have any idea what they are doing. My sister and I were trying to order our meals only to have the staff not understand anything. Not sure who is hiring these individuals but you should hire staff and train them well. Maybe a manager who is actually a grown up. The food here is normally great but the lady serving me just didn’t know how to follow instructions and was just jumping back and forth. They cheap out on guacamole and charge $3 how does that make any sense. You’re paying for it out enough of it.

Do not go during a busy time unless you want to leave feeling like you just worked a shift at chipotle yourself. I know the line was long and it was a busy time but the workers rush you and yell at you to pick everything you want without letting you actually think for a second. There’s no room to move up to see the choices and they’re yelling at you to say what you want. I also noticed men do wear beard nets which is a concern for me. Food quality was not bad but my experience was horrendous

I've been a loyal Chipotle fan, having had great experiences at other locations. However, this particular location fell woefully short.

Food Quality: Undercooked burrito bowl with soggy, lukewarm rice and overcooked fajita veggies.

Food Quantity: Tiny portions, noticeably smaller than what I've received elsewhere.

Customer Service: Disinterested staff, seemingly bothered by questions and requests.

This location failed to meet Chipotle's usual standards. The contrast with my previous experiences was stark.

Ordered a burrito with double meat. The burrito was so small there is no way you could put two portions of meat in it. Lots of rice, not much of all the other toppings. Good flavour, but way too small for the price. It was around $20. I would be ok with it if it was $12.

This location is probably one of the worst locations I been in the entire city. First and foremost the staff are very rude and not welcoming, store is very dirty and not clean at all Second when your paying almost 20$ for a burrito bowl you would expect a decent amount of food, well that’s not happening at this location your lucky if your getting one scoop of anything. I asked the person my food if I can get a little bit more and I was looked at like I was asking for too much. I been here once before and thought it was just a one time thing, decided to give them a try again but nothing change. Highly would not recommend this location at all, rather drive 20 minutes further and get a better service.
