If you are a person of colour, don’t go to this location. There are white women working at the counter, and they treat people differently based on appearance. I saw one of them give a white guy a bowl so full it was almost overflowing, but when it was my turn, she gave me a small portion. I was honestly so surprised. Lol 😂

Food isn’t bad but it is so cold inside which makes an unpleasant experience

The food is great as expected. But the packing of takeout food is horrible. The liquid from the food spills out and rips the bag. Two times I dropped the food as I was holding the paper bag from the top. Price is decent and there is free parking.

Tasty food, but they are stingy on the protine portions. They very clearly shook off a few pieces of steak from my scoop before adding it to my burrito bowl. Feels like I’m being short changed. For the price I pay here, I should get a heaping scoop of protein without seeing that.

Extremely disappointing, got food poisoning!

I was really looking forward to my chicken bowl, but it ended up being a nightmare. Within hours of eating, I felt sick with nausea and stomach cramps. I strongly believe it had to do with undercooked chicken. It’s shocking and disappointing because the food looked perfectly fine at first, but clearly wasn’t safe to eat.

I expected a decent meal, not a health risk. I’m very careful with hygiene and storage, so this was completely unexpected and frustrating. I can’t recommend this place, it ruined what should have been a simple meal. They seriously need to improve their food safety practices.

Had a terrible experience with one specific member of this branch, told me his name was “Saurav or Saurab” and claimed to be the manager. I ordered a bowl (7:40pm - 10/25) on the app and picked it up at around 8:30pm, they forgot to put chicken in it, I didn’t end up eating the bowl and their location was already closed. When I called the next day (10/26) because I wanted to get it switched, he told me to wait 40 minutes because they had to check cameras???? Are you kidding me, for a couple pieces of chicken that you guys forgot, I even told them I’ll bring the bowl back and show them and he refused?? Then when I asked for them to just redo it, he started raising his voice and telling me that I’m being ‘rude’ and ‘difficult’ when I’m literally just looking for my damn protein that I already paid for. How are you going to spend almost an hour looking through the camera to give me my chicken 😂😂. Anyways, tell that fellow to work on his customer service skills and keep his behaviour in check, cause this location is going downhill with that type of ‘leadership’.

Absolutely disgusting experience from the moment I walked in. The tables, counters, and food area were filthy. I actually watched an employee test the food by sticking a tester into each container, then wiping it with a dirty cloth the cross-contamination was unreal. He even started with the meat, so if you’re vegetarian or don’t eat pork, avoid this place completely.

I eat Chipotle all the time, but this location was by far the dirtiest and most unsanitary I’ve ever seen. The staff were okay, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. The counter wasn’t properly wiped down, and I even saw a manager handling things without washing their hands.

This location seriously needs a full inspection and proper management oversight. Completely gross and disappointing.
