Chipotle Mexican Grill

The service here is atrocious. Portions are unbelievably small, I asked for extra fajita vegetables, so the guy put an extra strand of green pepper… when did chipotle become such a deprived experience??

Worse is influx of International staff with poor command of English and lack of customer service basics. They are unable to comprehend requests and exhibit way too much pushback and off-putting body language. The dining room was also dirty and the fountain drinks weren’t available because “the machine is broken”… this place needs an overhaul.

enjoy the food a lot. We had it in the states before and was very unhappy with it. Decided to give it another go and it was great at this location. The first time we came to this one it was great, portions were good, staff were good.

Now we have been back many times and it seems like the more we go the more we have to ask for more stuff. They consistently put 1-1.5 scoops of rice, that’s the cheapest part and they don’t even give much. As far as protein it’s a joke. Every other similar place gives a reasonable amount, not here!
Then you get to the guac and some times they load you up and others pretty much nothing. Just needs to be more consistent.

Overall the food is good, the staff aren’t nearly as good and somewhat ruin it. I get it that they’re busy and need to keep it moving but when you ask for more than 3 pieces of lettuce we don’t want an attitude. Now we just go to other places instead

I’ve been a regular customer at this location, but the experience keeps getting worse. Every single time, I’ve had to request them to increase the quantity of the items I’m paying for, especially the protein, which they consistently serve in half portions—completely unfair and disappointing.

Despite no line behind me, the staff rushed through my order like they just wanted to get rid of me. The lady preparing my food seemed more interested in showing off her speed than delivering quality service. To make things worse, the manager was present but completely disengaged, doing nothing to address or improve the situation.

This is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve visited. Terrible customer service, poor value, and no accountability. I will not be coming back. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Terrible customer service, servers looked miserable and absolutely emotionless. Gave half a scoop for protein and when I asked them for extra portion she looked angry for me even asking and only gave half a scoop. For the price we pay for the extra portion this service is unacceptable.

Not going back to this place. The amount of meat they put in burrito bowls is laughable. Basically you end eating mostly rice

They need to have a designated person for clean up. All the tables were dirty. You had to clean a spot to sit down to eat, and it was a mess at the drink station. The food was good though and fast service.

Super quick and friendly service. Asked for extra rice and corn, the guy didn’t hesitate or judge. Would definitely come back!

This location is the worst, terrible. They rush their customers and the *portion sizes are VERY SMALL*. I would rate it zero stars if I could. Pure rip off.

The lady who was making the food ignored me repeatedly! When I asked a question she just dismissed me ... I asked if she had more lettuce, because it was very rusty and looked quite old. She said no that's all we have... as if I'm going to believe 1/3 of a container is all you have for the whole day. She then put the disgusting lettuce on top of my bowl after i said no i didnt want it... Worst chipotle i have ever been to. Maybe look into retraining your staff or hire better!

place is run like a navy submarine, consistently i’m in and out within 2 minutes. You gotta beat the rush from the local schools but even then very quick to order. high traffic too so ingredients are made within the hour
