I used to go a lot at this place, but since the ownership has exchanged hands I don't go here anymore for a couple of reasons - a) the mini size which I always used to have found that optimal to satisfy my cravings has been reduced to literally one spoon (I am not exaggerating). b) one of the air conditioners out of the two is always switched off, even if it's 35 degrees outside
Response - the 2nd A/C never turned on was not an observation made during a single visit. It was made during multiple visits during the summer. Good to know you're working on the sizes.

I recently visited Chocolato in Oakville with a group of friends, and it was hands down one of the best dessert experiences we’ve had! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern, clean interior and cozy seating made it the perfect place to relax and catch up.
We each tried something different – from dipped soft-serve with crushed Oreos to decadent brownies topped with a variety of chocolate sauces. The toppings bar was a huge hit with our group! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
The staff were incredibly friendly and patient as we debated what to choose (there are so many tempting options!). They made sure we were happy with our choices and even offered some great recommendations.
Chocolato is the perfect spot for a casual hangout, a sweet treat after dinner, or just a fun place to chill with friends. If you're in Oakville, this place is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!
