Been to this place a few times now, as it has some of the best ice cream in Oakville and the owners are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I have met in a food service establishment. I need to branch out a bit and try their sundaes and speciality hot drinks for sure, but I can speak to the freshness of their ice cream and their cones - be it regular, sugar or waffle cone, always fresh and crisp. Some great comfortable seating from which to watch the downtown strip. This is going to be my go to for sure for a long time to come!

Chocolato Oakville is hands down the best spot for dessert! The owners are such a lovely couple—super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The chocolate is top quality, and the variety of treats is amazing. Whether you’re in the mood for a rich, creamy gelato or a perfectly drizzled waffle, they’ve got it all. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a sweet treat with great service! I must say the joint serves best hot chocolate. You can try multiple flavours. To top it off the sweet and generous hosts ( couple ) greet you warmly everytime. Coming here is kind of a ritual for me and family.
